Sadly Iskierka can't fit in the streets of Hisato. Could I have her land in a large open space within the city and just hang out there talking to people?

Awww! Actually, the streets it'll be taking place on are very wide and open specifically. She won't be able to move around AS freely as small squishy humans but she can be in the festival itself and not just stuck in one spot. We'll try to note that in the open log itself as well.
