[Week 34, Day 2] [Video][Intro]
[She’s obviously taken a short look around the area before making the video, because the woman on the screen has a small bundle of various found objects in her hands. A strange-looking rock, a clump of dirt, a piece of broken pottery, a couple of small flowers. The smile she offers the Hitomi seems quite genuine, and not at all panicked.]
Excuse me?
[She reaches up and pushes a lock of her hair behind her ear, smiles a little wider.]
I’m not sure who I’m speaking to, but if there’s someone out there, I do think that I’m in need of directions. I am quite certain this is not the dig I was supposed to be heading out to this morning. And... I don’t particularly remember leaving my house. I didn’t think I was getting that old...
[She laughs easily, light-heartedly taking everything in stride.]
