Oh, you work there? I have not been to the shop in some time, as I tend to stock up on the items that I usually obtain.

Yeah. Started a month or so ago. It's typically pretty quiet besides a few locals that like to browse.

Ah, I have not been there since longer ago than that.

Yes, it's... well. I intend to figure out how to play a song by an iconic musician called The King. I would have also purchased sheet music for this song, but I do not think I would know how to read it.

A guitar is a musical instrument consisting of six strings stretched across the neck of a hollow wooden body. Plucking the strings causes the reverberations to make pleasant sounds, if done correctly. There are other types of guitars that do not have hollow bodies, but they require electricity and amplifiers to operate.

Not really. [Sheepish grin.] That is, I know the basic mechanics of how it works, but that is markedly different from being proficient!

I am trying to learn how to play something for Matt, but it was meant to be a surprise. [Not sure how much of a surprise that will be now, on account of the accidental broadcast.]
