That's easy enough. We've mainly got a few sake houses and a gambling hall or two here, so Mizusato's pretty quiet. If you want to see true vice, you'd have to go to Yomisato. Although...
If you're going to do that, please don't go alone. We've had problems with drug rings, slavers, and other unsavory things there.
