[Iruka has never spoken to this man before but he has seen him around. That's an interesting looking sword though.]

Have you tried Yomisato? I've passed by the city several times and they seem to be abundant in weaponsmiths...

Just be careful with the money you carry if you do decide to go there? The place is pretty notorious for pickpockets and thieves.
