[...that breathing doesn't sound too good. Lavi knows that kind of breathing, how many times hasn't he heard it? Has... breathed like that a couple of times himself too. Breathing like that while your throat hurts, a bit from your heart feeling as if it's beating right up in there somehow. And panic...

Wonder what kind of situation this guy came from. Or is he panicking about coming here? Sounds unlikely...]

Mm... No one really knows.

[He gives a slightly sheepish and apologetic smile because there really isn't any clear answer to that... and rubs his head, heaving a sigh.]

The usual is that we're supposed ta learn harmony or whatever, but that's useless 'cause we dun' remember anythin' from 'ere when we get back home anyway. Some've said we were brought 'ere t'be soldiers, though, so... I dunno, man.
