[Week 12, Day 1] Dream Post: Teenagers, eh?

OOC: If you want to know how long I've been writing it, it was supposed to go up for Erotic Dream Week. Repurposing FTW!. But writing it has been like pulling teeth.]

"You're still moving like you're holding a sword," Amelia stood up from the cushions she had been seating on, to move over to where Mister Zelgadis had been practicing the forms she had shown him. He had taken his tunic off, and was moving around in only his trousers, which would be all well and good, except that he was doing things wrong.

Amelia had her hands on her hips. "When you're fighting unarmed, you won't have that kind of reach." Zelgadis made a small sound of acknowledgment. Amelia tilted her head. "Are you listening to me?"

"Yes, I'm listening." Zelgadis didn't interrupt his movements, but they were still wrong.

Amelia sighed. "You're answering my questions, Mister Zelgadis, but you're not taking it in. In a sword fight, you don't need to worry about someone breaking your guard, but it's different hand-to-hand." She made a 'come here' motion, and straightened into her own ready stance. He took a step towards her. "No, like you're going to attack," she corrected.

"Suit yourself," Mister Zelgadis said, and then he moved, far faster than Amelia was expecting. With a yell, she let her reflexes take over. She stood her ground until just the right moment, waiting until he was within arms reach, and then didn't so much shove him as guide him further off-balance, over her hip and to the floor. She felt his hands scramble to get a hold of her, grasping only air, and while a side part of her brain noted that he had mastered falling -- good -- he was barely on the ground for a moment before she followed through, pinning him to the ground, her legs wrapped around his torso.

"See?" she said.

"But now what?" he asked. "Between my strength and magic, I could break the pin." She didn't doubt it. She could feel the muscled coiled under the stone of his skin, the rise and fall of his chest through her legs, which was terribly distracting. Without the constant motion of the match, it was a very intimate pose to be in and she wondered if he felt it too.

"If it was a real fight," Amelia said, trying to keep the 'teacher' mode in her voice. "If it was a real fight, I wouldn't be sitting here talking to you about it. I'd have followed through. But you just needed to learn this, so you wouldn't let your guard down."

"Even around you? I thought you wanted me to let my guard down around you."

She was blushing, she couldn't help it. "Mister Zelgadis. You aren't taking this seriously." This wasn't like him, unless he was teasing her somehow. "You know what I mean."

"I do," he confirmed so solemnly she thought he was still making fun of her. "Are we done?"

"For this lesson," she said. "I think you've learned an unarmed opponent isn't immune to your stone skin." She took her arms off him, and leaned back a bit before getting off.

Or she would have, but he sat up, nearly knocking her off balance. His arms wrapped around her waist, and she flailed a bit before her own hands found purchase on his shoulders. She didn't think it was possible for her blush to deepen, but she could feel her face burning up. "Mister Zelgadis..." Was it intentional, or did he just move without thinking?

Lessons were over. She decided to take the initiative, and leaned in to kiss him.

She felt his surprise through her hands, still on his shoulders, as her lips touched his, but it lasted for an instant. Then his hands pulled her closer to him, so close that she could feel the rise and fall of his chest against hers.

Amelia wasn't sure what made her turn around. Maybe a sudden draft on the back of her neck. But she did, breaking the kiss, to see the wall behind her had vanished. Or maybe turned into a wall of people... her father, Miss Lina and Mister Gourry, other people she knew from home, and people like Mister Marco and Miss Rin and new people. She couldn't count them all, and they were staring at her and Mister Zelgadis.

Or not... she had fallen over in her surprise and when she got up and turned away from the crowd, Mister Zelgadis had gone.

... well, he's not too fond of crowds, you know that...

Amelia put her hands on her hips. She could feel her face burning, and she wanted to run away, too. But she knew she could never run -- the wall of silent stares would just follow her. "This is my dream! Why don't you all just go away?"

... She looked down, and realized the belt keeping her top closed had fallen open, and she quickly adjusted it to cover herself. "You heard me! Go!"

[The Hitomi clicked on, showing a white horse -- with a horn -- nosing down to something on the floor. There was the sound of a yelp.]

Cold! Hey, get away from my ear!

[Amelia sat up, having been lying on a futon on the floor. She turned to throw a pillow at the intruder, then paused...]

... horse? What's a horse doing in my bedroom?

[The unicorn snorted, nudging her again]

... unicorn?

Look, Mister Unicorn, you're very pretty, but I want to go back to sleep. Please?
