-- into the pond. The koi swim away immediately, and Zero brushes himself off. Saved from dying once more (that Geass activated, keeping him safe and sound). Eventually the red tint fades from his eyes (not that anyone can see it as there's a mask in the way), before he nods again.]
This isn't a dream, then. [Ironic, really. At least he has the decency now to step out of the pond, and actually whisper a fierce apology to the koi -- who seem to take it well enough. Weird, weird... And then he snaps into his own mini reverie.] It saved me again. [No emphasis, he already accepted it.
Noticing that it's turned on, he looks to it and sighs.] Where do I go from here?
