Remember my determination to read 50 books in 2008? I've read 4, and am in the middle of 4 more. Here's the review for the first two.

Herland is one of those books I've read quite a bit about but never actually read myself. Your wonderful review (thanks!) has inspired me to do so!

Oh, I'm so glad, it's such a lovely book! I've got through a whole bunch more in the last few weeks, but I'm trying to find the time to write up the reviews for them rather than simply listing them and moving on... it's so much better when you can dissect the books afterwards. :)

Herland is ace, less ace is the followup book which is called Her in Ourland or some such nonsense. I still remember the bit where the three blokes get beaten up by ninja aunties.
