Hey, so last night instead of dumb working, I went to beautiful Kettering, OH with my good friends Steve and Paul to watch the band Lovedrug open for the band Switchfoot. Because the band Switchfoot is apparently "BIG" now and a trillion little girls were there, tickets were like $30. It was in the Fraze Pavilion which was much like Promowest Pavilion 'cept they had seats all the way up to the stage. So, I guess it was more like Riverbend (negative commenters on Riverbend and seating for shows, ready.... GO!). Anyway, since I decided not to go when I found out about ticket prices, my friends came to the rescue and bought me a ticket ,, but I had to drive. No "biggie" smalls. So we got there and SECURITY WAS RIDICULOUS... ALL WERE ANGRY 40-50 YEAR OLD PEOPLE WHO WOULD YELL AT YOU IF YOU WALKED FASTER THAN 4 MPH. < / c a p s > They walked all the way across the venue just to double check Dehmer's ID to make sure he was over 21. So Lovedrug played only for a half hour, but it was good nonetheless. We became BFFs with their merch chicks. And we bought shirts/jacket. And so after they played, the lovedrugz came to the booth and we had a small chat with them. And then while Switchfoot played their radioey music, we departed and we sang our faces off the whole way home. Ouch, Debb, throats! Then we ate Skyline was delicious, then home time.
A fun time!
This reminds me of when I first got a LiveJournal and I was post about little details almost every day. Like: "Today I got up and I had to go paint my uncle's apartments and then I ate Lunch at Wendy's, it was ok, i Guess. Then I took a shower, then I watch TV for a little bit, then I vacuumed the floor and then I shot some free throws....." LIKE THAT.
F___ OVERDRAFT CHARGES !
