I just got back from an intense practice. My ears aren't just ringing,,, they literally HURT. SO BAD. I can feel them throbbing. I had the loudest metronome ever inside my ear for some time. It might have been the loudest thing I've ever heard. We also worked on our show. We finally have a show. So it's not like: [song].. next.. [song].. next.. [song].. next.. [song].. next.. [song], etc.

And so we have a FREE show this Thursday at Jillian's in Covington at 8. You should go, mang.
