Okay, I know my thoughts should be elsewhere, and they are. Seriously. Hurricane Ike equals very very VERY bad, and I hope everyone gets out of there alive and safe.
But one thing was mentioned on the news last night that's still stuck in my craw:
Houston's the fourth largest city in the US? Really?
No, I mean, really?
No shot against the town at all, but I could name at least a dozen more cities that I thought would have made the list before Houston. Hell, I could probably name two or three cities in Texas that I thought were bigger than Houston.
Well, you live you learn, I spose.
