We Don't Need No Stinkin Dresscode!
So if there's anyone who's not in Minnesota who is reading this, you might not be aware that it's flippin hot here. Weather.com is currently listing Minneapolis at 101 degrees, with the humidity making it feel like 105.
I'm on the 17th floor of my building, the top floor, surrounded by windows, in a glass-encased wire room.
We're not allowed to wear shorts.
But, okay, question about dress codes, then.
Shorts aren't allowed. Skirts are.
But there's a woman walking around in shorts. Is she legal? Or, if you take a skirt, stitch them in the middle so that they encase each leg separately, does it become illegal?
Dress codes suck. Especially when I've seen people in the elevator from other companies in shorts today.
