Isn't "binging" something that's fairly exclusive to alcohol?  What are the other options?  Milk?  Kool Aid?  Ding Dongs?

Actually, reading the article, I think it's a fair sign that I don't drink.

Who knew that there was a difference between beer and alcohol?  I didn't.

See, there ya go. In my teetotaling ways I always thought that anything with alcohol in it was considered alcohol. You know, beer, wine, rubbing alcohol.

Terminology sucks....
