A follow-up
Here is a more generalized follow-up to the previous peeve post in which I talked about "doe" being substituted for "though."
To whom it may concern (though it apparently doesn't concern very many),
The letter "d" is not, I repeat, not a valid substitute for the letters "th." Whether it's dis/this, dat/that, den/then or, yes, doe/though... if you ever use these in a written conversation with me at any point, then you may as well consider said conversation over forever, because I don't want to talk to you anymore.
