With all of the above said, however... why do I now see the Xbox One being a complete, unexpected, runaway success? >_>; You know, sort of like the Wii when it launched, after everyone and their brother's wife's cousin's pet dog talked for months beforehand about how Nintendo was pretty much doomed and how they were going to have to leave the console race after that and so on and so forth.
Well, no, no, it's not so much that I see this happening as much as I fear that it will happen.
