the time, I would post a little more often... or more like, if I could get my brain to working I could post more often.
I am on LJ a lot and reading all the posts my lovely friends put up.
A little update on me:
I was hired on permanently at Red Lion, effective the 5th of February, and I have now got my application in for health insurance coverage. I have to pay $80 a month for it, but it is definitely better than having nothing at all.
Life has settled in to a good pace with only the minor hiccough now and again. The fact that I'm not totally stressed out anymore with working a job that was killing me, has had such a positive effect on me.
I've lost weight and inches and fit now into regular size 18 pants. I catch glimpses of myself in the mirror and wonder where I'm disappearing to...
And, I'm getting used to looking all girly and stuff for work, what with me wearing dresses and skirts and more professional garb. I just have to face the dreaded prospect of shopping for new clothes. Yikes!
So, that's a little update of what's going on with me...
Other than I need to get the car fixed... yeah, big limbs from tree go crunch on Athena's hood, front quarter panel and roof... Still need to work out taking her in for an estimate and planning on when to get it in to the shop for repair...
I'll post pictures when I get home tonight from work... they are impressive...
