Is it just me or is everyone on crack today?
I am sooooo pissed right now.
Last Sunday I found a lump on the back of my son's Lt leg. So I take him to his pediatrician on Monday the next day. The doctor tells me to go take him to get an ultrasound on his lump. So I take him to go to the Ultrasound place and they tell me that it isn't marked by my physician as urgent, so I have to make an appointment. I'm standing there looking at her like okay so fucking make me an appointment bitch. Then she goes well I can't make you an appointment you have to call this number. WTF! So my idiotic doctor's office sends me over to get this procedure done and then they tell me I can't have the procedure done. So I call them and ask them why the hell would they send me there and not just tell me to call the fucking number and make an appointment. They tell me that they forgot that they are under new contract and that they don't do walkins anymore but they used to. At this point I wanna strangle this clerk. So I make the appointment for the Ultrasound and they can't get my son in until the 9th which was yesterday. I made a follow up appointment to see the doctor so we can look at the results. I tell the receptionist for my son's doctor's office that the ultrasound is on the ninth so i would like to see the doctor the next day to discuss the results. She sais okay I have you scheduled for the 10th which is today at 2:15pm. Yeah, So apparently they close on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm and I show up at 2:15 like I'm supposed to. And they have the doors locked and I'm pissed cause I have a fucking appointment!!!! The receptionist answers the door after 10 minutes of me pounding on the door, she's annoyed, I'm fucking livid and we are both like WTF. I tell her I have an appointment. She looks at me like I'm a fucking moron and tells me that they are closed after 12:00pm on Wednesdays they have been for 15 years and why in the hell would she make me an appointment for today. I'm thinking, yeah Bitch I wanna know the answer to that too. She looks me up and said that his appointment is actually for tomorrow. Yeah well tomorrow is the 11th not the 10th. This is the second time they have screwed up and told me the wrong thing. one time I have an appointment at 1:30pm I remember repeating the time, cause I always verify after they tell me a date a number a time, I repeat what they say and they confirm. I write it on my calendar exactly what they tell me. Apparently they have lunch from 12:00-2:00. A two hour lunch! Must be nice. So of course I show up early to the appointment cause your supposed to be there like 10-15 mins before the appointment time so you can check in. And it was the same shit. Them looking at me like I'm the one who fucked up and it's not their fault oh no. I am so sick of this shit and their fucking incompetent staff. I like the doctor, it's the staff that sucks. I found another doctor who is right down the street from where I currently go and I am seriously considering switching, just because of the staff.
What do you think I should do?
Should I....
A. Give them another chance, everyone makes mistakes.
or
B. Change doctors, don't put up with that shit again!
