I just ate my first meal of the day. *Burp* About 550 calories when you count the milk. *shrugs* At least I'm not hungry anymore.
I've decided that I am going to start eating a *small* breakfast in the mornings. Maybe a piece of fruit... serving (not bowl... just what you're suppose to have) of cereal... toast. It's a metabolism-booster... but I'm gonna keep it small. I'm still counting calories and I don't want to waste all my calories first thing in the morning.
I've also decided to start working out in the mornings. At least every Mon, Wend, and Fri should be a good start. I get Heather up in the mornings (before it's time for me to get ready for work) so that should prove to be the perfect time to work working out in my schedule. *nods*
