Fresh Start
Well I figured it was a good time to get a new lj and have a fresh start. Every time I look at the old names I'm reminded of random things that I just want to move forward from everything.
I've been looking into grad schools and getting pretty excited. We'll see. I'm utterly nervous. What if I don't get in?? I have no clue what I'll do. It really is my dream to just teach. It seems silly, but I already know from TAing that I love it and I would just be happy. I would just love to share my love for the science with students.
On a different subject, I've actually put myself back on the market and semi-actively seeking the right guy to spend some time with the last few months I might have here.
I'm still living with Leah, which is absolutely awesome. We have our tiffs, but things are pretty good. We just somehow click and get each other, which is really nice to have. In fact, I'm spending Christmas with her and our awesome friend Aaron.
New Years of course is coming up... I'm not good with New Years at all... 2007 was pretty bad, I babysat in 2008, and 2009 I met Jim and that of course went downhill (still not sure what happened there... guess he was too busy). What does 2010 hold? I'm hopeful. Who wants to be my first kiss of the new year?
Well, I'm off to finish watching Law & Order SVU and sleep. Have to finish preparing for my Learning & Cog final on Thursday...so close to being done!
