Its the journey home from work that is making me so anxious, I was FINE until that point yesterday. Arrived home, anxious, angry, in a total panic. I need to find a way to deal with it.
All the above = purge. And I had done SO well yesterday. I was so mad at myself afterwards, but did sleep well. I always do.
Today I feel drained, like I cant be bothered, tired, lethargic, bloated.
How the hell do people stay calm when travelling. I HATE it !!
