This is beautiful! I love Mawaru Penguindrum and this captures the spirit of Kanba's love for Himari. The cold moon from the painting and the train and survival strategies from the anime ;-;

My favorite parts of this sonnet are when Kanba expresses his love for Himari - when their fingers mix and their lips meet, and when Kanba says his only wish is to keep her safe - her heartbeat now regained.

But then there's the bittersweet element in that last verse where he says he'll take the punishments and bury useless feelings underground. beautiful in the saddest way :/
