Hi everyone!

Thank you all for joining, coming to shoot, helping and bearing with a morning schedule.




Subject: Code Geass [season 01]> - picnic by the park
Shoot Venue: Singapore Botanical Gardens (Tanglin Core)
Shoot Date: 21st February 2010, Sunday
Shoot Time: 9.00am

IMPORTANT >> Meet-up Venue: Food Court inside the Botanical Gardens

Shoot details:
- It is a picnic-style shoot. Euphie + Suzaku + Lelouch having a picnic at the park. Photos aiming to look casual, peaceful, inter-relationships of the 3 characters will play at a picnic scenario; [Lelouch reading a book, Euphie feeding Suzaku, Lelouch and Euphie flying a kite??]

- The shoot will commence only at this spot as shown below Tanglin Core for a more picturesque setting.


- Cosplayers may be moving abit within the same location to gather photos with other settings in it [e.g: Lelouch reading a book sitting on a tree/ Suzaku & Euphie taking a walk by the lake side] But picnic location still remains as main/one and only shoot scene.

- I have gathered some ref shots of what kind of feel, angle and mood we would like in the photos, here are some humble refs I've gathered [click here]

- Shoot should end at 1pm latest.

- Here are the list of props we will have for the shoot
[Photogs would like to know to visualize some photos?]:
> Picnic Basket + with frech loaf and other bread items + fruits
> Picnic Mat [red/white checks]
> Tea set [Tea pot + Tea cups & saucer + others]
> Cake tray [with biscuits and other items]
> A whole cake [made out of cake slices for easy management and no cutting]
> Euphie's Parasol for the Euphie
> Old English books for the Lelouch [Suzaku is none-geek!]

Some Other Notes:
- Lenneth & Kanasai* will be preparing at the Meet-up location from 7.00am onwards.
- Please kindly congregate at Meet up location at 8.45am
- All members will travel up to picnic spot to set up once most members are present.
- Picnic set up should take no longer than 15minutes as there is many members in this group.
- There is currently no back up plan.
- Please bring water / tissue paper and matsuri fan to beat the heat.
