i feel old
so i've been told more than twice that i look older now. and really its just over the last year or so that i have aged considerably. christian said i look "world weary". i guess thats something along the lines of i'm not a kid anymore and i know the cruelties of the world. i'm not sure.
anyways, i dont know if looking older is a good thing or not. i miss my youthful attractiveness, but i guess i am officially becoming a woman in the real world, and i cant look like i'm underage forever. when we were in laughlin and at the indian casino, no one even looked at me as though i wasn't 21. maybe its also because i was with an older group of people. who knows.
i did get invited to my first bridal shower. i cant go because of work, but its like wow. i'm old enough to attend a bridal shower. when the hell did that happen? this will be my 3rd wedding in the last 7 months. the last wedding i went to before this series was when i was like 10. christian has been invited to a 4th, but its in new york and we can't afford to go. plus its the weekend before week 10 starts and somehow that doesnt seem like the best idea since all my papers are due that week.
so yes. i feel old. and once you feel old, theres no going back....
unless you have a mid-life crisis, but then i'd need to have an affair with a boy 20 years my junior and have it be completly based on sex. that'd be interesting. haha. just kidding.
and if anyone knows someone selling a decent car for cheap, let me know becuase i need a mode of transportation asap.
