So, starting school in the fall with in-state tuition at UNC-Greensboro.
I had a meeting the other day with this *rather cute* Study Abroad Professor, who informed me that yes, I could TOTALLY go to India to study yoga through UNCG.
And I could go as an exchange student, pay regular UNCG tuition, live with a host family, TAKE ASHA WITH ME, and take amazing fucking classes, such as: Women Empowerment, Community Health, Cooperative Farming?!?!?! Are you fucking serious.
I am so stoked.
Apparently my department (Public Health) is already attending South Africa on a pretty regular basis also, doing AIDS/HIV research. Hmmm... maybe, maybe, maybe....
What else is new? Eating some yogurt and bananas... fuck yeah.
