Walk this way

I was walking to work the other day, southbound, and standing at the WAG, right across from the Bay parking lot, waiting to cross the street. Suddenly, "wham!" some guy walks right by me and pushes right into my backpack. He goes right past me towards the Bay and is staring me down over his shoulder like he's daring me to say something about it. I just give him a standard issue "WTF?/What's yer malfunction?/dude, there's lots of space to get by behind me/whatever" look. Surely he must have known, like half a block away that he was gonna ram into me like a jerk. What's the point? Why does anyone do that? I can't imagine being the kind of person that does that.
It really doesn't make any sense to me.

The same day, walking home, I kept on getting startled by my reflection in store windows.
I kept thinking my reflection was someone else.
I'm easily startled these days.
