Also, Abe no Seimei is a historical figure in Japan who is also known greatly in fiction as a very powerful onmyouji (he really was an onmyouji but fiction has him going around defeating all the evils of Japan practically.), with various stories saying he was half human or other excuses as to why he was so powerful.)
