fanfic: What boredom can do...
a/n: I'm back with another one shot, using the same OC character from Spring Rain. I am quite fond of her and her relationship with Yuto and their common friends Chinen and Yamada.
And let me apologize in advance, "Yamachan you are cute, but sorry to make fun of you" //runs and hide behind Yuto//
What boredom can do...
Nakajima Yuto was bored so he began tinkering with his fancy looking camera.
Kitano Rin was bored so she visited Yuto and began rumaging through his things.
Chinen Yuri was bored so he visited Yuto's house and was looking around his friend's room.
Yamada Ryosuke was bored so he sat in Yuto's bed and began to read a manga.
Then they all sighed together.
"I don't know why your all here" Yuto said looking at his crowded room.
Rin just flashed him a look, making him smile nervously. "Ah, I don't mean you Rin..."
Yamada clicked his tongue his head still buried on the manga he was reading.
"Why Yuto? Did you have secret plans with Rin?"
"I heard that Ryosuke!" Rin snapped, she knew he wasn't over the whole Christmas Present thingy.
"We're actually bored" Chinen replied honestly.
"So I'm the only person who could relieve you from your boredom?" Yuto asked them all.
Rin snorted, "well you do have interesting hobbies. Guess that's why we all thought of you...unconsciously.."
He set aside his camera and paced around.
"I guess so..its just I'm pretty curious of things so I----"
"Decide to try it all?" Yamada finished.
"Exactly.." the tall boy replied warily, then he began thinking.
"So? Any fine ideas, Yuto-kun?" Chinen asked.
"Yeah, something that we all can relate and do together in this fine winter day.." Yamada said.
Just then Yuto's eyes began to sparkle.
"Ah!" he clasped his hands together, "I just thought of the most interesting thing we could do today!"
Yamada smiled and got up.
"Then lead the way!" he said excitedly.

The skies were blue, but during winter the air and the surroundings were very cold.
Three pairs of curious eyes looked out in the window of the car that belonged to Rin's family.
"We seem to be a little far from Machida..." Chinen asked his face close to the window.
Rin nodded, "its like we went from city to country side.."
Yamada shivered. "A very cold looking country side"
Yuto smiled happily as they approached their point of destination.
Minutes later he stood in full gear looking at the three individuals standing in front of him.
While he held an excited grin in his pale handsome face, his three friends stood there with different expressions.
Yamada seemed like he wanted to shoot someone.
Rin's crescent shape eyes threw invisible daggers at him.
Chinen wore a frown.
"Hey!" he clasped his hands together. "What's with everyone's faces?"
"What's wrong?" Rin gritted cold air surrounding her. "Is this your interesting thing you mentioned earlier?"
"Uh..yeah?" he lost his smile.
"Nakajima!" Yamada exclaimed, scaring a few birds that were parched in a dead tree. "Riding horses is fun when its done indoor or on spring or summer not in the middle of winter!"
"No, it could be done even if its snowing" he patted the horse that was standing beside him.
"But its really cold today Yuto-kun. I reckon the temperature is below 10 degrees now.." Chinen snugged near Yamada and Rin.
"The better!" Yuto's smile returned. "Aw, come guys I always wanted to ride with you. Trust me its fun"
"I'm not good in riding Yuto-kun" Chinen said slowly, looking at Yamada who nodded then glanced at Rin.
"I know..a little" she said warily.
"Eh?" Yuto looked at her with surprise, "all these time you knew how to ride a horse?"
"Yeah. Back in London, we did that..uh..alot.." she looked a little embarrassed now.
Yamada clicked his tongue. "Gawd, you two are meant for each other.." then he nodded, "fine lets do some horse riding to make Yuto happy and make Rin more embarrassed.."
Rin elbowed him and walked towards the stable. "Why don't we race? Losers pays for dinner!"
"That's a little unfair..Chinen and I are novice!" Yamada yelled.
"Then you ride with me and Chinen with Yuto" she paused.
"NO way!" Yuto quickly said. "Your not riding with him" he said.
CHinen laughed and Yamada rolled his eyes. "Your afraid you might loose?"
Despite the cold, Yuto's face turned red. "Its not that..its just I don't want you and her in one horse"
Rin sighed, "fine, I ride with Chinen.."
"Eh?" Yuto repeated, "then Yamada with me?"
"Yes.." she said smiling icily, "what's with that look?"
"You and Chinen are light..if you pair me up with Yamada, my horse.." he let his voice trail as Yamada flashed him a look.
"Are saying that I'm fat?" he asked dryly.
"No" Yuto frowned, "if you were, you won't be the most popular member in JUMP. I'm saying with both our weight we won't be able to win"
"What do you propose we should do?" Chinen asked.
"Let's just ride around.." Rin said feeling weary they were just standing there and arguing.
Someone helped Yamada and Chinen the basic of the horse riding and after a few minutes Yuto noticed they started to enjoy themselves.
They wandered around the ranch, Chinen uttering a gleeful laugh.
Yamada trying to get his horse to run a little faster.
"Yo, Ryosuke don't force it.." Rin called his attention.
"I wanna ride it like in the movies" he said.
"Oh no no no.." Yuto shook his head, looking elegant. "We cannot afford to have you get hurt"
Rin nodded knowingly. "Your fans will kill us if something happens to you..so just ride the horse slow for now.."
After awhile, Yuto decided to treat them all for dinner.
"I'm starving.." Chinen touched his stomach as they sat in a private room in the restaurant.
"Yeah" Yamada nodded, "Yuto, have you ordered?"
The taller boy nodded. "Yes, you guys are gonna love it!"
"I'll love anything, coz I'm hungry" Rin replied they all settled down in a table.
"Oh, thank you Rin-chan!" Yuto gushed suddenly hugging her.
Yamada made a face and whispered rather loudly at Chinen. "Can you believe this is the same guy who hated Rin a year before?"
"Not here Yuto.." Rin gritted wanting to throw a sock at the smug face Yamada held.
Their food then arrived and everyone started eating.
"Oh this is good!" Yamada exclaimed with his mouth full.
Chinen and Rin nodded, pleasing Yuto even more.
When they were all full, they headed home sitting lazily inside the car.
"Yuto, I must admit that was a fun day" Yamada praised.
"Yeah, I want to go horse riding again.." Chinen replied looking at him.
"His hobbies aren't that bad afterall" Rin said, "I mean not all but this one was fun. You made me like riding again.."
"Why? Did you have an awful experience before?" he asked her.
"Uh.." she shifted. "I fell.."
They all looked at her. "Were you all right?" Yamada asked.
"I wouldn't be here right now if I wasn't it.." she said sarcastically.
"No.. not that I mean.. at that time?" Yamada groaned.
"I stayed at home for two weeks due to a broken leg.." then she wrinkled her nose. "That wasn't something I cared about, I got two weeks off from school at that time.."
"huh?"
"I kinda fell on the poo of the horse!" she exclaimed.
The boys laughed and she rolled her eyes. "Now you see how that was an awful experience!"
"Gawd! I wanna submit that to Japan's funniest videos or something!" Yamada lauged, his eyes turning into slits.
"Maybe Saki-neechan has it on video" Chinen replied referring to Rin's older sister.
She stuck her tongue. "YOur out of luck, she wasn't there when that happened.."
Just then Yamada glanced at Yuto, "hey, what was the name of the meal you made us eat earlier?"
"Why?"
"I'm thinking of eating it again. It was quite good" he said eagerly.
"Oh, I think you've heard of it. Its called Basashi" Yuto answered.
Just then Chinen and Yamada stared at him with an expression he cannot read.
Rin noticed them and asked what was wrong.
"You don't know what Basashi is, don't you?" Chinen asked looking paler than usual.
"Basashi?" Rin raised an eyebrow.
"Its the horses we rode earlier.." Yamada bit his lip, "we ate it"
Rin was awfully quiet for a minute of two which got Yuto a little worried.
"Mizusawa-san!" she exclaimed to the driver, "P-please pull over right now" she hurriedly said.
Before anyone could ask, the moment the car stopped Kitano Rin jumped out and ran towards the nearest trashcan and let it all out.
"Rin! ARe you all right?" Yuto asked rubbing her back.
She took a deep breath and wipped her mouth.
"Y-you.." she glanced at him, feeling sick to the stomach. "M-made me eat horse meat.." she quivered.
Yuto blinks back several times. "But I..."
CHinen and Yamada follows behind.
Chinen looked as if he wanted to gag, and Yamada grab a bottle of water in a vending machine nearby and drank all it contents.
"What is wrong with guys?" Yuto asked looking at everyone's distraught faces.
"You made us eat horse meat when we just came from riding one!" Yamada groaned out loud.
Chinen nodded, "..isn't that a bit sick?" he made a face.
"I just imagined that I killed that beautiful white horse I rode and ate it so----" Rin covered her mouth and started vomitting again into the trashbin.
"See! Didn't you even feel guilty that we were oh so happily having fun horse riding then..bam..we decided to eat it?" Yamada questioned.
Yuto rolled his eyes. "What we ate weren't the horses we rode! I'm not that stupid.." he grumbled.
"But still Yuto-kun.." Chinen touched his stomach.
"Okay.. I love horses and---"
"..and you love eating them as well?" Rin added regaining her composure.
He shifted. "Well yeah.."
"Darn, you are one strange strange boy" she sighed. "You never fail to surprise me"
Mizusawa-san then approached them, "Rin-sama are you all right? Is there a need for you to go to the hospital or shall I call Saki-san?"
"No..I'm fine but.." she touched her stomach and Yuto thought she may want to vomit again. Just then her stomach grumbled, "My stomach feels so empty.. I just vomitted what I ate.."
"Hey, let's go to mcdonalds" Yamada pointed at the fastfood chain across the street.
"Yeah, I wanna wash away the basashi" Chinen said shrugging his shoulders.
"Good idea" Rin said putting an arm each around Chinen and Yamada.
Yuto stared with his mouth opened at the three figure who literally ignored him and crossed the street towards McDonalds.
Meanwhile Rin whispered to the both boys, "what's Yuto doing?"
Yamada glanced and giggled, "standing in the other side of the road like a lost lamb.." he snickered.
"We should call him, he looks sad" Chinen replied.
Rin snorted, "serves him right, he made us eat horse meat!"
"Yeah, lets ignore him for one week" Yamada said with a devious grin. Chinen laughed, but Rin sighed.
"Oh right.." Yamada said flatly, "because of love you can't ignore your precious and dashing Yu--erm.." Rin covered his mouth.
"Shut it Yamada" she was easy to embarrass.
"Yuto" she called. His eyes lit up.
As they were on their way towards the fast food chain, Yamada spotted a food cart with quite a number of people buying. It seem to be selling warm food.
Everyone stopped and noticed it as well.
"That looks inviting.." Chinen said licking his lips.
"Yeah" Rin touched her stomach.
"Come on, my treat" Yuto urged them.
They seem so enticed at the food that they decided to just eat it standing in the sidewalk.
"Uwa~ this is good!" Chinen gushed.
Rin took a big bite, "yeah! your darn right Chinen"
"I could just eat another one and----" Yamada started to say when Yuto and Rin shouted a loud no making the Yamada jumped in surprise.
"Why?" he frowned.
"You cannot be more fatter, Ryosuke.. no-no.." Rin said with a knowingly.
Yamada narrowed his gaze at her.
"That's right, your JUMP's main boy..."
"YOu know" Yamada said flashing them a threatening stare. "This is the second time you mentioned my weight. NO one gets in the way of me and my food!" he growled making Rin jump at the back of Yuto for protection.
"We only wants whats best for you" Yuto said flatly not at all threatened.
"Look whose talking" Yamada rolled his eyes, "you should look at yourself, your so thin"
Rin sighed and threw Chinen a look.
"I wonder what food this is.." he said randomly causing Yuto and Yamada to stop bickering.
The food cart owner heard them and smiled.
"Oh thats dog meat"
And they all vomited together.

At Chinen House.
"My dear boy seems like your setting aside the meat and---" before his mother could finish Chinen stared at her his face ash white.
"Okaa-san never mention meat until further notice.." he said with wide eyes.
"Is there anything wrong?" she asked in concern.
"I ate Black Beauty and Snoppy!" he cried out dramatically. **
**Black Beauty is that black stallion and Snoppy we all know who he is.. LOL.
At Yuto's House.
"Nii-chan! Mama brought basashi!!" exclaimed his younger brother Raiya. Yuto came to the table with a expression one cannot read.
"I'm gonna pass for now.." he said in a small voice.
"Ehhhh!? Why?" Raiya tilted his head.
Teary eyed he glanced at Raiya. "Its like I just ate my favorite horse and our dogs" he turned away.
Raiya blinks back. "Huh? Did you just hit your head?"
At Rin's house.
"Mama, I am eating vegetables and fish for one month!" she stared at the meal during dinner time.
"So no KFC for a month?" her older sister asked in disbelief. "You would kill if you can't eat chicken!"
Rin narrowed her gaze, "believe me if you only knew the horror I have been through you'd probably not have any meat for a YEAR!"
At Yamada's House.
Yamada stands infront of his parents and sisters during dinner time.
"I am not eating MEAT until I recover from a terrible ordeal that will haunt me from days to come"
One of his sister's let out a giggle. "Finally Ryosuke-kun wants to slim down!"
"This is not because of my weight!" he exclaimed his face beet red.
