To update you all about my modem......I did finally get a new one, after I called Verizon and tore them a new asshole...then we got a new antivirus and it turns out, my cpu was FULL of adware/spyware and 16 viruses!!! WTF??? how come McAfee didn't pick all that up??

Anyway, now everything is Fine!!!!!! thank god, I love me some computer, lol
