2016 REFLECTION
End of year questions
What did you do in 2016 that you had not done before? Not that great of an answer but went to 2 casinos in one day.
Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions/goals for the year and will you make/set more for next year? What are the goals? What are your new ones? I did lose weight but I didn't get married and we still don't have our own place to live. I will probably make the same goals for 2017 - lose more weight ( I only lost 23lbs, I have a goal of getting down to at least 200lbs by 2018, I'm 227 now), buy a home, get married, possibly start a family.
Did anyone you know give birth? Or become pregnant? My sister's best friend did both in 2016.
Did anyone you know die? Or have a serious illness? My old co-worker died. My meme had cancer but survived. My dad had pneumonia and almost died.
What places have you visited? Conneticut (Foxwoods and Mohegan), New Hampshire (leaf trip, mall, etc), Vermont (leaf trip), Massachusetts (I live here so a lot of things)
What would you like to have in 2017 that you lacked in 2016 (doesn't have to be a physical thing)? Happiness, less stress.
What date from 2016 will remain etched in your memory and why? 06/26/2016 = Went to Mohegan Casino with Kenny and he won $3,000 on my birthday.
What was your biggest achievement this year? Losing 23lbs.
Did you get sick or injured? How about your family? My dad got pneumonia in October.
What was the best thing you bought? Sad but a meatloaf pan from Kohls and that is non stick and makes it so easy.
Where did most of your disposable income go (money leftover after you pay for food, transportation and shelter)? Not much is left after bills but mainly it went to xbox point cards, heh.
What song will always remind you of 2016? "Cake By The Ocean" DNCE
What do you wish you would have done more of? relaxed

What was your favorite new TV program? Movie? Album/Songs? Or if you didn't pick up any new ones, what are you still watching/listening to?. Favorite show definetely "This Is Us", Movie = "How To Be Sungle", Album = 21 Pilots "Blurry Face", too many songs to name
What was the best book you read this year? How many did you read? The best book was a Debie Maccomber book don't remember the name and I read 5 I believe.
What did you do on your birthday and how old were you? Did you feel differently? Went to 2 casinos, turned 31, and feel the same.
What political or social issue stirred you the most? The election and the results.
Who was the most interesting new person you met? One of the clients at my job.
What changed at your job? It was my first full year so mainly the tax rules changed.
What changed in your home? Nothing really.
Describe how a relationship changed. I tried to grow more distant from a friend and it may or may not have worked.
Do you think you are still the same person that you were at the beginning of the year? No. I'm more open.
Summarize the year in three words or less. Bonus points for doing it in one word. Explain. The word is "crazy". It flew by and shocked and awed me.
How have people around you changed? The world in general feels like a scarier place. Specific people sadly will never change. (in my group of aquaintances that is)
What have you learned throughout the year? I have learned a lot job wise and some life wise.
What was your favourite outfit for warm weather? Cooler weather? warm weather = a black tanktop from Torrid with fringe at the bottom with hot pick capris / cooler weather = black cloth pants and How I Met Your Mother Robin Sparkles t-shirt
What changed about your physical appearance? (Hair? Wrinkles? New makeup style? Etc) I lose weight and have shorter hair now.
What are your hopes and dreams for the new year? To be truly happy no matter what comes my way.
