Please Put Litter in Its Place

You may've heard this from me before (but I won't let that stop me from telling a tale?): One memory I have from when I was little is riding down the Forest Park Parkway and watching the dumpsters in the adjacent alley go by. The sequence of NO YARD WASTE and YARD WASTE ONLY stuck in my mind (also, the crumbling wall with the rounded-rectangular holes in it). They've since run a train down the parkway thus eliminating the sights, but that's far from the only place where such a row of alternatively designated bins can be found. Here's another in the picture of the day.

No, there aren't dumpsters for recycling. That's okay, though--recylcing is far less important than reducing and reusing, anyway. kamoranakrre reminds you to help close the loop!

(But support keeping The Loop open!)
