summer is where my heart is
i went tanning with sam today. we first went to walmart to pick up some tanning lotion. it was tha same lotion that we used durring summer and boy did the smell bring back MEMORIES.
memories of long nights on the beach, long walks in the woods...over bridges, staying up un till the sun came up while in the cabins, staying out all night, hanging out with "old" friends, waking up to the sun riseing, laying on the lake just as the sun was coming up. all the memories that i have seemed like they happened just yesterday..even though they were almost a year ago. it's made me relize how fast life moves by and all the changes that happeneds during that time...ones you like, ones you dont, ones for the better, and others for the worst. it is in summer that you feel free, and your REAL you comes out. you have no cares in the world and you live for the day and that's the way life should be. not all this worrying about what the next day brings. i miss all the times i had with my friends...and being away from them has made me realize what i have been missing. it's summer that i miss>>>not knowing what to exspect in life, not caring about anything, being able to let loose and be MYSELF, being with friends that care about you and understand you, <<<
