I want to beleive!
Today is my real last day of summer. School starts on Wednesday, but tomorrow I have to go back to band for a couple hours just so that Dr. Spencer knows that we didn't forget the whole show and music. Today is also the day that we close on our house! Meaning its totally ours! We've been staying in hotels since early June. This summer we broke our record of hotels we've stayed in one summer. Eight. Not fun.
Has anyone else seen The X-Files movie? I did, and I thought it was really good, I turned my head in horror at some parts, but over all I liked it. My mutti and sisters thought otherwise. They said it was to confusing, but I figure, its the X-Files, what do you expect? It got me thinking about so many things though, things that had nothing to do with the movie. I just broke down crying...I'm starting to think I'm emotionally unstable.
Earlier that night we were just walking around Bridge Street [like a strip mall, but not in strips] and we stopped at Anthropologie. I absolutely love that store, but I hate the prices. There had been a cardigan there that I adored for the longest time. It was about $80, so my mutti thought it was stupid to buy a cardigan that much. Well, we went there again and I couldn't find my beloved cardigan, so i went to the Sale area. Turns out it was almost only $40, so she got it for me. I'm excited. Next we went over to Barnes & Noble so I could read a little bit of Breaking Dawn. I'm required to read Huck Finn, and I'm only on page 182 so my mutti wouldn't let me buy Breaking Dawn.
I was not happy about that. I got to the part where Bella was thinking back to when Carlise was going to tell her about Tanya's mom, and then we had to go.
Oh well. I wish I had finished Huck Finn earlier.
