Oh my lordy! I just got back from seeing The Dark Night, and I must say that it was incredible! I've never stayed awake through any Batman movie other that "Batman & Robin" with George Clooney from the 90s. [I always loved Poison Ivy and the Governator.] But, I must be emotionally unstable or something because I was the ONLY person crying at the end of the movie, and the ONLY person laughing hysterically when the Joker was in the nurse uniform. I got a lot of dirty looks for this, but pardon me if I laugh at this.
I still can't believe that this is Heath Ledger. Holy crap. As amazing as his performance was, part of me wonders if all the talk of him getting an oscar nomination is partilally because he's dead. Not that I don't think he doesn't deserve it, but I still wonder...
And I start band camp tomorrow! I'm dreading it so much, its a terrifying thought. I hate being new to places. Its absolutely horrible. My mutti says I have to smile a lot though. I need to appear friendly. :D
Oh, what will tomorrow bring?
