Happy, well fed, and definitely sore!
Cleaning up this morning in the aftermath of the potluck, which surprisingly is not bad at all! In the end we had something like 40 people including last minute tag-a-longs.
The ribs and fish were both well received, and a surprising number of people have never been to a potluck before but are now sold on them! Lots and lots of good food; snacks for miles. The weather was fantastic and a lot of the party was had outside. When it got colder out we lit up the fire pit and burned a lot of the yard debris that was still left. The basement had drinks, music, people, hookahs, lasers... It was pretty happening.
I spent most of my time running around. I stopped to chat often but just as often had to cut out of a conversation early to take care of people or things.
My one sads of the night was that the keg key I got last minute so I could run two kegs had a leak so I was unable to serve the second keg. No black and blueberries. :(
