Apartment and Danvers
Hey all.
'Moved' in to my apartment yesterday. The subletter and his girlfriend are still there, and they ganked my parking spot. Bastards! Oh well... I can't even park there until they leave now. Which means, I can't stay there until they leave! Whores. I have to get in on Saturday night, though.. 'cause, well, training starts on Monday, and I help Collette move on Sunday.
The apartment's not in the best condition... the guys didn't take good care of it. The stove is hideously gross. I didn't even dare look in the fridge. Man, I hope we don't have cockroaches... I haaaaaate cockroaches... To cap things off the stove is leaking gas because the oven section doesn't work. But my room kicks ass. I have a fake fireplace that has wooden carinthian columns and some other really nice decorative woodwork. It doesn't function anymore, but it's pretty nonetheless.
Danvers was awesome... getting to be up close to those building and take pictures was a dream come true. It was just fantastic. Got a whole hell of a lot of pictures. Definitely going back.
This is going to be a stressfull couple of weeks... I think I'm probably going to have an ulser... or an anurism. Or an ulsurism...
