There are many reasons, not all of them are understandable.

The others would tell you I'm docile. Beryl-sama, in my world. She did things that I cannot now condone. But when the curse was removed, I had not recovered my memories completely. She was familiar, and my love for her was sound. I still believe that. I stay with Beryl-sama here, now, because I believe in her and her ideals. She is fair to myself and Kunzite.

The Master, I can not accept his actions in the past life just as I can not accept Beryl-sama's actions in this one.
