I stayed up on the train ride from Yokohama to Kanazawa. In the middle of the night. When I'm normally underneath fluffy blankets and surrounded by pillows.

I couldn't have packed all of my bedding and brought it on the train anyway. Too cramped.

Not at all. I had a jacket.
