Practice may have to be moved inside a couple of days, given the forecast for the weather this next week. Hopefully a good storm will break the humidity from the past few days. It's made practice more tiring than truly necessary.
However, it's nice to see everyone doing so well regardless. I think the benefits of the new training menus are showing quite nicely. And I expect to see everyone continue to improve this season. ♥
The roses seem to enjoy this weather far more than anything, with perhaps the exception of the bonsai outside. The juniper's started to recover; all things considered, I think we're going to have to leave off doing too much to it until later in the summer. However, Emiko has promised to leave both it and the black pine alone on Saturday since I will be going to the Teien Museum on Saturday with the Beautification committee.
I need to go get film for my camera before then. I'd like to get some decent pictures of the tea house for reference.

I believe the line-up for Prefectural will be easy enough to decide, but I'd like it completed before the end of the week and posted by Saturday morning.
It's a pity I won't be at practice myself, since the field trip with the committee conflicts.
