So I am sitting here at work, and thinking about the way things used to be. I would sit around all day at my grandma's house, and listen to music, and play around here on live journal. I would refresh my friends page constantly to see if someone posted something new, and I would always read what they had to say. That was back in the day when people actually cared about what happened in other peoples lives. That was back before the amount of friends you had actually mattered. People would get maybe five or six comments from people that they actually knew and those comments would be meaningful.
That was before myspace.
That was before picture comments=life.
That was before people would refresh their own homepage in hopes of seeing someone comment THEM.
Now it seems like people don't give a damn about what anyone else besides them did today. They feel that everything is ok since they got a new friend request. Myspace meant the end of an era. I've lost too many friends thanks to their new found popularity on myspace, and I hate it.
To sum it all up, I'm back to live journal. I will inform people about what is happening in my life, and I really want people to inform me about theirs. To bad that people forsake this place now.
I am also doing this because I want to document my life. It is fun for me to go back and read all the stuff that I wrote on this thing up until a year ago, and yes it has been a year since I wrote on here. Think about it, wouldn't it be cool to come back 10 years from now and see what you wrote? I think it would be amazing.
Well, Until next time.
