CAITY MALCOLM!
wow, I really forgot how much fun it was to hang out with my dear friend Caity Malcolm. Today I drove down to Sunnyvale CA to see her and spent the day in such interesting places as the Asian market, the miniature golf place, the cd store, the park near her house, her room, the park again, in and out, and back to her house.
I had a wonderful time and she really helped me, we talked about school, about life, about the Julia stuff, about the meaning of life, and whether everything is really relative or if there is an absolute truth and if it matters.
Caity is a lot like me in that she is brutally honest and thoughtful, she is kind of a kindred spirit and I feel like I am truly appreciated by her, which makes sense, cause I truly appreciate her. We both appreciate very similar things in life, and have a good sense of what the other is talking about, even when we don't necessarily agree. It soothed my mind to discuss things with her today, and I feel a little happier knowing there are still people out there that can make me think, it hasn't happened often enough this summer.
She gave me a lot of good perspective on the Julia issue, which is helping me to let go more and more, I saw her the other day and we had a very normal conversation, which was creepy cause it was so normal, it almost felt like there had never been anything between us, which made me sad, but at least it didn't hurt as bad as feeling like I do when I see her with chris.
Anyway, that is enough said about that, so in conclusion, CAITY MALCOLM IS FUCKING AWESOME!!!
