Ok. So, you know the old school Star Trek? With the really cheesy sci fi music which basically consists of sort of eerie sounding high-pitched female voices going through arpeggios?
My neighbors in some direction have been imitating the human voice equivalent of the bastard child of that music and ambulance sirens for the past half hour.
And they do this every day.
