to keep myself focused, I will be posting my progression to the 3 goals I have set. so far I have gained 5lbs in one week. which means I have 35lbs left to gain, huzzah! flexibility has probably decreased slightly due to the soreness of the first week back to the gym, but I should be back on track with that relatively soon. and now I have a week and a half to the registry exam! :)
