Sportsfest
First off, my legs aren't working today.Most of the games in sportsfest were required to have girls in it.Since it was Monette,Mika, and me for most of the time, and Lauren also for sometime, we didn't have a choice,lest we forfeit the games.So in deperate times, I had to play futsal, basketball, dodgeball (fun!) and volleyball.I was medyo nagkalat lang for most of the games.But then they can't fault me for it cause I seriously did not know what I was doing.Mika was also a sport and played a round of volleyball in her dainty sandals and a white tunic! Monette was also really game.I must say with all honesty that our volleyball team was really good!I didn't even have do anything or be there for that matter and they'd rock.So it was understandable that we won finals.We sorta lost in everything else.
Mika and I were chatting last night.I told her the theory I had with regard to being athleti, and how it really has a downside.I wasn't so happy about having to play in all of the sports.One, cause I hate feeling eeky and sweaty.Secondly,I really hate it when guys see it as a license to treat you as one of the guys!Despite the fact that I am not a girly girl, I still really enjoy being treated as a girl. I hope it doesn't work that way.It was like that in highschool.
Nevertheless, I still had so much fun!I didn't have a chance to get pictures though.BOO!So maybe next year again!or maybe not!
