The Problem with October: Annual Update.

Hi, all. I have a huge update coming in the next few days detailing my vacation trip to London, but I wanted to post this first, being that it IS, after all, October 1st.

October is just so passe anymore )

America is all about corporate profits. I wish I could be around to read history books in another 500 years, about the rise and fall of this country. We are such a culture of greed and hubris. I guess if you look at each country, the shit rises to the top, the people to whom money and power are the most important things, the people who have no idea how most people live, and feel their own good fortune is theirs because they somehow deserve it.

I'm glad you write about this stuff - I saw a pink thing and the announcement on the news about October, and I remembered reading you last year - your writing sticks with me.

I've seen Marketing already this year for it. I did see one article in one of the health magazines I get that was about prevention and not early detection.

I am looking for it now! Ah, it isn't much, but I remember you talking about the emphasis on detection not prevention. It's the October issue of Natural Health.
