you totally inspired me to buy some wasabi peas last night! I just love the hot ones! what's really hilarious is how my old dog used to gobble them up, too! I accidentally dropped one on the floor and thought "oh, you're not going to like that!" when he snatched it up. But then he wanted more, and more and MORE! Baka dog!

I was referring to Japanese curry, though, which I totally love so much lately! I was so happy to see that Vermont curry was on sale yesterday! I bought two packages! one of these days I'm going to make myself sick of it, but not yet!

8. Maru generally bores me to tears. Date with Megumi was an episode of KAT-TUN X 3 in which they all went on dates with Megumi and she had to rate them in the end. Here it is.
ahhh... I think Maru is HILARIOUS, but less Maru for you means more Maru for me, so rock on (wow, how weird of a mood am I in today?) NEway, I'll try d/ling it but typically when I try to re-join files off BNS it doesn't work properly on my Mac. Long story.

he is beautiful, no doubt. I like the girl, though, I think she's quite good, but it's more the story and Pi that I watch it for!

I like Massu, but not enough to watch it in a big hurry. Cheesy crap? Well, I'm lactose intolerant, but sometimes if it's just a TV show I'm okay with it. Sometimes... *puts drama on back burner*

3. Japanese mayo is nicer, it's not as fishy-ish and creamier. I eat it with everything and now that I have a marmalade addiction as well, I have actually considered having it with marmalade on toast. But I didn't. I had to really stop myself. It might still happen one day. Will keep you posted.

Re the curry, I love curry too. I love all sorts, not so much Indian curry though. I cook Japanese curry on a regular basis and I eat it with mayo. No I agree, can never be sick of it!

Ya, he did, weird, but good! My current dog is apparently a fan of Jin. Go figure!

Yes, soju = LOVE! I can usually drink tons of it, get the most pleasantly buzzed, and still not get sick or have a hangover. Wine is dangerous in that respect. I have a sweet-fang (must be the Irish blood) so I don't mind sweet drinks. In fact, one Korean place we go to serves amazing soju-cocktails, LOVE it with Cranberry juice, or Midori!
What brand of curry do you like?? what do you cook it with? I need to try out some new combinations.

I don't like it when ANY of the J-actresses do that squeeky voice, soooo annoying! you don't like the story, either? and I don't much like Pi's hair in this. I guess on this one point we'll have to agree to disagree!

3. Kewpie. It's got a baby on the packaging and the bottle is shaped kind of like a teardrop; thin on top, getting gradually fatter.
5. Really? Soju hits me quite hard. I can do a lot of wine though. But like I said, I'm kind of off it. I can still drink it if there's nothing else about, make no mistake. Soju cocktails sound good actually. I've tried a few and my favourite is Vermont. I like the hottest one. I used to cook it with chicken and stuff, but I've decided the chicken is superfluous, so nowadays I like to have it with just onions, carrots and potatoes. Sometimes I make hamburger to go with it. And I always have it with pickle. Sometimes I also crack a raw egg in. What do you have yours with?

Man. No wonder she didn't go with him. I wouldn't.
I think Pi's hair accentuates his eyes and cheekbones, and therefore = v good! The colour is good too, compliments his skintone. He's just very beautiful. Let's leave it at that X]
You probably won't like my favourites cos I like them for how hot the lead actor is. Off the top of my head; Tatta Hitotsu no Koi and To Heart.

-I love the Vermont brand of curry, though I started out liking S&B Gold, now I prefer the HOT Vermont curry. *cough* I also make it with potatoes, carrots and onion, except I add tofu, usually the Korean extra firm kind, stir-fried first, yummm! never tried egg before, that might be interesting!

-I hate the high-pitched voice, urgh, will try to ignore it. I do like the story line, though I think it's very bittersweet. will be interesting to see how it ends. I do love the way this hair cut frames Pi's face, I think I just like the darker colour better!
-To Heart I haven't heard of, but Tatta.... Kame was great, hot and beautiful, but the story... hated it. Way outdated and... well, I won't rant. What's wrong with liking the hot lead actor, though? I have NO problem with that!

Did you obsess over Chinese men previously? Which ones?
ProDai's storyline sounded good on paper, and then I watched the dorama and was really disappointed. They could have done it better. I hope he doesn't end up with the girl. It'll be nice if it eventually turns out to be mostly a character strengthening exercise for him.
To Heart stars Doumoto Tsuyoshi, one of my first loves and someone I still have an extremely soft spot for =)
I don't see anything wrong with liking the hot lead actor neither, so I have no problems telling ppl my favourite doramas, just thought I'd clarify why those are my faves!
I liked TattaKoi's storyline for the facts that it was really easy to watch, there were no random surprises to spoil the simplistic love story, the dorama moved along really quickly, and the two leads looked good together. I'm also a sucker for bad boy wannabe turns soppy for the one special girl type storylines XD Cor, Kame in TattaKoi. If I watch it again, I'll probably fall in lust love with him anew.

Doumoto Tsuyoshi is from KinKi Kids, right? I'm just starting to get into their music, actually like them very much, though I haven't seen him act in anything yet.
Which Chinese men have I obsessed over? Hmm... *tries to remember* Hong Kong singer Andy Hui (still really love his voice), somewhat on Leon Lai, actors Daniel Wu, Nicholas Tse, Stephen Chow. Of course, I love Jet Li, but not in a drooling fangirl way!
I totally fall for Kame in any drama he's in, but I think other than Nobuta, the character he played who I loved the most was Yuuya from "Sapuri", unbelievably adorable! I would fall for that guy in a heartbeat! or less!
I'm with you regarding ProDai: I don't want him to end up with the girl, either. All along I've been thinking that the point of all this time slipping must really be to cause some needed-changes in Ken. But, we'll see. I really hope they don't wimp out and give us a cliché happy ending.

Yes Doumoto Tsuyoshi is from KinKi Kids. I loves him muchly. He's funny and has a really wicked sense of style. Plus, in his heyday he was the dog's bollocks.
I tell you something kind of interesting, I met Jet Li once on a mountain in Switzerland. He was v short XD
Andy Lau I used to dislike intensely but he has aged v well and he's a lot sexier now and I like him v much in a suit. Leon Lai has fat-face syndrome. Daniel Wu is the birdy-mouthed one right? He's kind of nice, in a weird way.
I watched Nobuta before TattaKoi and I didn't find Kame attractive in it at all. His skin wasn't too good, and his hair wasn't great neither. Then I watched TattaKoi and good lord *___* Did the boy blossom. Then I tried to watch Sapuri, but unfortunately I had to stop because of the woman. But I shall endeavour to finish it one of these days.
Yes yes, the going back in time should be about Ken's personal growth, only they're trying to fool us with the whole Ken+Rei love thing. Not you and I, miso soup! We're way too smart and have seen through them! If Ken gets the girl in the end I shall be disappointed. Because what about her husband-to-be? What did he do wrong really.

Don't KinKi Kids have a show the name of which I can never remember? I'm somewhat up on NEWS stuff and one really funny thing I saw was NEWS on that show when they first debuted. Doumoto was REALLY funny, kept trying to get and give advice to Tegoshi and the other guy (again, I'm clueless) was giving him a hard time b/c at that point Tego was only 15! AHH!
HAH! I've heard that Jet Li is way shorter even than he looks in the movies. I have this picture of him and Nina with the Dalai Lama and it's so funny b/g Jet's shorter than BOTH of them!
Andy Lau is MUCH sexier these days, though he's still not my type. Great actor, though. Like I said, I'm not into Leon so much these days. I'm not really following the Hong Kong entertainment industry any more at all, in fact, which is just as well b/c they mostly put out crap these days. Unfortunately.
Yes, Kame did look a little sickly in Nobuta but since he was playing a high school student the skin problems seemed to fit. Looks like he's got that problem cleared up lately, lucky guy. I confess, the only way I could get through Sapuri was to FF to the Kame parts, and even then, ghrr... yes, that woman really sucks. She had to be the most lifeless advertising exec ever! There was no female worthy of him in that drama. Did you even get to their kiss scene? hmm... more comments forthcoming after or if you watch the rest of it.
I'm with you, Ken should not get the girl in the end. It's really stupidly unfair to her husband, agreed. Ken had a bazillion chances even BEFORE all the time jumping and he didn't take them. Just b/c he regrets now doesn't make it fair. But, I read a lot of comments on the d-addicts forums that make me want to pull someone's hair out (and not my own) probably posted by starry-eyed 14-year-olds about how much they hate Tada and want Ken to be with Ren, blah blah blah. The only reason I even read those forums is to find out what happened in the episodes b/c I'm too impatient for subs! AHHH!

I've seen the episode where NewS first went on DB. Tego was hilarious. That's what made me not dislike him.
Your sources would be right. Jet Li was shorter than me, and I'm not even that tall. He also had quite a lot of spots. Bless him.
Yeah I don't follow the HK entertainment industry much neither. But now and then I watch a couple of things when my mates throw them at me. Also TW stuff. I really do think Chinese men age better though. How about Tony Leung? I think he's quite fit. Sometimes he can look really sexy, when he turns it on.

You'll be surprised, those ppl making the dumb "Ken + Rei 4eva" posts are probably 20 y/os. Since joining LJ I've been amazed by how fandom affects one's braincells. I actually like Tada, what's not to like? The girl though, why is she always grumpy? And why, even though she's so grumpy, does Ken still want her so bad? Ken has supreme bad taste imo.

Did you dislike Tegoshi for some reason prior to seeing him on the show? I'm totally loving him in My Boss My Hero, he's cracking me up like crazy, so adorable!
Tony Leung Chui Wai? OMG, he's probably my favorite actor ever, I really adore him. Of course, I still don't watch EVERYthing he's done, but most of it's worth seeing. Yes, he can do the sexy thing when he wants, and even sometimes when he's not even trying! Lucky Carina Lau, they make such a gorgeous couple!
The kiss scene in Sapuri: completely ruined by that piece of dried wood actress! Obviously Kame was all into it and she was like... nothing. Idiot. Why was she after the guy with the ears? I don't see his appeal, and he's obviously younger than she is, as well, so she might as well go for Kame who at least is honest, hot, and has a personality! I don't like that other girl in the office, though, she's too much of a whiner/pouter!
"Ken + Rei 4eva" posts: yes, could easily be 20-year olds, but I think they're the ones with a 15-year old's mentality (of which there are MANY!) Y'know, the same ones who hate it if their idol has a GF or even a kissing scene in a movie and who believe these boys are all virgins (ya, right...) and one day they're actually going to meet and fall in love, blah blah blah... oh, sorry, did that sound bitchy and cynical? I love Tada in ProDai, especially after episode 5 in the scenes with the grandfather, and in his later scene with Rei. What a sweetheart! Ken is baka, and who knows why Rei is such a sourpuss all the time! Again, episode 5, her grandpa was SOOO cool and funny, and she was just grump grump grump!
But enough of them, what about Yuuta? O.M.G.!!! Now that he's out of the high school uniform, I think we need to see even more of him, please!
