summary : Kazuya and Kazumi are twins. The number of similarities they have surpasses that of other twins.. They really look exactly alike except that Kazuya is a boy and Kazumi is the opposite.. Soon, Kazumi will be married.. Her groom is named, Akanishi Jin and he loves her more than anything.. Everything is alright, except for Kazuya. Why? He's been in love with him ever since the first time he saw him and no one else knows about his forbidden feelings.. What will happen when a tragedy comes in the lives of these three innocent people? Will their life change? And will Kazuya be able to handle the pain?
AN1: This is one of the oneshots which I'm talking about.. I really loved the manga where I based this from and I hope you'll love it too.. I already forgot the title though, and the mangaka as well. TT^TT I just made a few changes and added a few things to make it more interesting, I wish I didn't make a mistake. Please enjoy reading because I really enjoyed writing this.. ^^

Note: It starts with a flashback..
"Jin, this is Kazumi, my sister.. And Kazumi, this is Jin.. my.. my friend.."
Kazuya hates it. He hates calling Jin his friend.. Why can't it be something more? And plus, he shouldn't be feeling hurt introducing him to his sister, if it wasn't for Jin's interest in her.. It's all wrong, everything he's feeling are all wrong..
"H.. Hello.. I'm Jin.. It's really nice to finally meet you..", he nervously said with a smile..
Why does he has to insert really and finally? It would have been better to hear if it's just a simple, "Nice to meet you.."
Kazumi looked up to him and bowed a little before saying, "Hi.. It's nice to meet you too.. But.. What do you mean by finally?"
"Uhm.. Kazumi, come here.."
Kazuya clasped her left arm and dragged her to a nearby corner as if he's borrowing her from Jin for a while..
And they talked with low voices making sure he won't hear them..
"Kazumi, he's.. into you.."
"We just met! What do you mean he's into me?!"
"He had seen you before.. And he figured you're my sister, from how you look.. He's been bugging me and asking me to introduce him to you.. And he always mentions your name in every little conversation we have.."
"Ooh, is that true? Are you sure?"
"Y.. yeah..", he said with a little sigh..
They came back to him, Kazumi looked up to him and smiled.. From what he just saw, he knew, she had taken a liking to him.. Well, he understands it perfectly, from how girls used to flock around him and ask him out.. He understands.. But what he doesn't understand is, why was he not born as a girl? If only he's girl, then Jin would have probably fallen for her.. But.. He's not..
And now that they've come to like one another.. Kazuya had no choice but to keep his pain. From the very start, he already knew it's impossible.. It's just not meant to be.. He knows he should support them and acknowledge their blossoming love.. And at least, he's trying to.. Little by little.. But the pain's still there.. It just won't leave his chest..
6 years later..
"I'm so excited about the wedding, Kazumi. I know Jin will be a good husband, don't you think so, Kazuya?", their mother asked as they savor the feast laid on the dinner table..
"Y.. yeah.. Of course.. He should be..", then he faked a smile..
"Thanks, mom, Kazuya..", she smiled at them,.
And Jin who was beside her placed his hand over hers.. "I promise..", he smiled.
Kazuya saw this.. And like how he used to feel for the past years that had gone by, there's stab in his heart..
After the dinner, Jin walked up to him..
"Kazuya, Can you help me with something?"
"Y.. yeah. What's it about?"
"I want to buy something for her before we get married and I know you would be able to help me since you knew her very well.."
Kazuya hesitated to say yes at first but he decided to help since it's for Jin and his sister's happiness..
"Sure, when?"
"Uhm.. Will tomorrow afternoon be alright?"
"Yeah, I'm free anyways..", he answered and forced himself to smile..
Tomorrow came as fast as a gust of wind.. After looking around the shops.. They found a necklace..
"Kazuya, look here. This one looks very pretty.. Do you think it will suit her?"
"Oh, yes.. It definitely would."
"Then I'll pick this."
Right after buying the necklace.. They decided to head home..
"Thanks for today, Kazuya."
"You're welcome.. P.. promise me you'll take care of her, alright?"
"Yeah, I promise.. Actually, I was working hard to become a doctor.. It's a great profession. With that, I could help heal people and support my future family.. We'll live a peaceful life.. I and Kazumi will work together to build a strong foundation for our children.. I've already planned everything, actually.", he said as he turned to Kazuya and smiled..
"Th.. That's great.. I wish that would come true.. I know you can do it well..", he tried hard to sound honest and not to show that what he just said cut right through him.. And he's lucky it somehow worked. He doesn't want to hear him say that.. He didn't even ask. He already knows very well how much he loves Kazumi so he doesn't have to flaunt it. But though he doesn't want to hear it, he wants him to be happy, though he knows he won't be the reason for this. He realized, that whatever Jin is dreaming of, whether it be to live abroad or stay on where they are, Jin's dreams will always have Kazumi in it. He's only a best friend to him.
As soon as the both of them stopped talking, silence took over..
Minutes passed.. Jin saw huge iron girders being moved to another place where a shop is being built. It was up above and they are walking closer and closer under it, Jin strangely felt nervous.. He doesn't know why, while Kazuya looks like he's spacing out..
Jin continued watching the iron girders being moved when he realized the ropes supporting it looks so loose.. It started to shake.. And Jin's eyes widened when they all started to fall one by one, they we're all heading to Kazuya.. Kazuya was about to be crushed when Jin quickly pushed him hard not wanting him to be hurt.. Kazuya was flabbergasted when the next thing he knew, he was completely safe while Jin was under the iron girders that just fell.. Various parts of Jin's whole being is bleeding.. There was blood everywhere.. He doesn't know what to do.. He didn't even utter any single world.. His jaw completely dropped.. Passersby saw the whole thing and a few who wasn't panicking called an ambulance.. Kame was taken aback by what just happened.. He can't even think properly..
At the hospital, Kame was sitting on the waiting area when Kazumi came..
"Kazuya! What happened?!"
"I.. I'm sorry! I'm really sorry, Kazumi.. It's all my fault! He saved me.. I should have been the one who..",
before he could finish he broke into tears and slowly fell down on his knees..
"P.. please forgive me.. Kazumi.. I'm really sorry..", his face looking so messed up is drenched in tears..
Kazumi knelt down to him and held him.. They both cried their hearts out, almost out of words..
"No, Kazuya.. It's.. It's no one's fault.. No one.. Don't blame yourself..", she said in between her sobbing..
At the middle of that heartbreaking moment, the doctor came..
"Excuse me, but who's Akanishi-san?"
"I.. It's me..", she stood up and wept..
"I'm sorry to say this but there's a huge possibility that he'll lose his sight.."
Both Kazumi and Kazuya don't know what to say.. They opened their mouths but not even a sound comes out..
"Then please excuse me..", the doctor said and just left..
Kazuya can't believe what he just heard.. Now, it's nearly impossible for Jin to be a doctor.. NO. Now it really IS impossible.. It breaks his heart knowing that he's the reason why Jin's dreams became out of reach.. While Kazumi came to the realization that if she marries him, it would really be difficult to live with him and have a normal life.. And raising a family won't be that easy..
"I.. I can't..", Kazuya heard her say..
"Wha.. what do you mean, Kazumi?", he asked in a low voice..
"I.. I can't marry him.. I.. I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!", she turned back and ran away feeling ashamed..
Now, Jin's life, which used to be so perfect would be miserable.. The woman he loves the most won't accept him anymore.. She's the source of his happiness, Kazuya knows it. And he also knows that in Jin's mind, she's everything.. Jin cannot live without her.. He had never even thought of forcing her out of Jin's life just because he's in love with him as well, because he knows Jin won't be able to handle it.. He imagined Jin living alone in the darkness with no one to hold on to.. And his world fell apart.. He doesn't want that.. Jin's torments is his as well.. The dream that he mentioned earlier.. The love of his life.. Kazuya felt like he destroyed all that.. That he's the one who took it all from him.. That he destroyed Jin's happiness..
Knowing that she won't even think of visiting him at the hospital anymore.. Kazuya knows he should do something.. He really should do something to bring his happiness back.. Even if it means that he has to forget everything and put it all at risk.. He just doesn't want him to live in agony.. He doesn't want to make Jin feel all that he, himself, is feeling right now..
He visited him in the hospital for the third time since the accident happened.. When he entered Jin's room, he's still not awake.. He walked up to him and stared at him for a couple of minutes.. Then he pulled a chair close and sat beside the bed.. He didn't touch him.. Because he's not supposed to.. He looked at his face.. And a string of memories came rushing into his mind.. And he still looks as good as he was, almost 7 years ago..
He's on baseball training and he was sitting on the bench, having a drink after running 4 laps around the court when he took notice of a guy who's playing soccer alone.. He remembered what he overheard earlier that day, there were a couple of guys saying, "There won't be any soccer practice today, Sensei told me. I don't know why though.." So he found it strange that that certain guy was sweating so much for nothing..
He watched him play.. And he could see how happy he was while he was playing.. He noticed his passion for soccer.. And how much he loves it.. That's exactly what he feels towards baseball.. They're just the same.. He thought he's cool and he plays well..
From that day on, he would secretly watch him whenever he's on practice..
Then there came a day when they were introduced to each other because they will be working together for the school festival.. He felt really happy.. They hung out and became best friends..
When he once saw his twin sister, he immediately felt something for her, something really special.. And from then on, he kept mentioning her in every conversation they have.. He also asked Kazuya to introduce her to him..
That's how they met.. He felt tears forming in his eyes.. He cried again and wet the bed sheets..
"Why, Jin? Why her? I was the first.. I.. I met you first.. And I'm also the first one to love you.. Why? Why is life so unfair? It was me, Jin.. Me.."
He cried his heart out until he fell asleep.. It was around 3AM when he felt something on his head.. It feels like someone's patting it.. He ignored it at first thinking that it was just a dream.. But he realized it isn't when he heard a familiar voice..
"Kazumi?"
He got up and was shocked when he saw Jin awake.. His eyes not blinking as he tried to feel everything around him with his hands.. Then he spoke again..
"Kazumi?"
Kazuya clearly heard his sister's name.. He knows it will be the first thing he'll say when he wakes up but he can't help but feel hurt..
"Kazumi, are you here?"
"Ye.. Yes, Jin.. I'm here.."
"Kazumi..", he smiled, "I know you'll be beside me when I wake up.."
"Ye.. Yeah.. I won't leave you..", he tried sounding as true as possible.. It's good that Jin can't see or he'll see how messed up his face was..
"Are you crying?"
"No, Jin.. I'm not..", he said wiping his tears with the back of his hands..
"Come on, I know you're crying.. Don't cry.. You know I hate it when you cry.."
"Yeah..", he said yeah, but he cried even more, knowing that those words are really not for him, they're all dedicated to her..
Jin reached for his hand but he was quick to think that if he held his hand, he'll ask where the engagement ring is.. He doesn't want to be found out that early.. So even if he really doesn't want to touch him, he put his hand on top of Jin's.. That way, he won't notice..
As time pass by the two of them.. All they did was exchange comforting words to each other.. And tell good stories..
From that day on.. Kazuya will visit him as Kazumi.. He even wore female clothes and bought a similar ring.. Everyday, he'll attend to everything he needs.. Feed him, sing him songs, joke with him, everything.. And since Kazumi left, he hasn't heard of her.. Even from their parents.. Seems like she moved to a faraway place.. It's been almost 7 months already..
Then one day, when he entered Jin's room..
"Kazumi.. I have a good news.."
"What is it, Jin?"
"The doctor said I may be able so see the light again soon, because the search for an eye donor had progressed and it seems like they already found someone..", he enthusiastically told him..
"Re.. Really?", Kazuya was really shocked by the news.. For him it's partly good because, finally, Jin will be able to see again but it also means that soon, his time with him will end.. He's not yet prepared to face him as Kazuya..
"Yeah, it's great! Isn't it?"
"Ye.. Yeah.."
"Kazumi, you're crying again.."
"I.. I'm sorry.. I am just so.. happy..", again, partly a lie.. He has mixed emotions..
"It's alright, Kazumi.. I love you.. So wait for me, ok?"
Kazuya doesn't want to answer.. Because again, those three words are not for him.. He just cried even harder.. Seems like he's almost at his limit..
Jin just listened to Kazumi as she cries.. Tears also fell down from his eyes.. But he remained calm.. When Kazuya finally calmed down..
"Jin.. May I ask you something?"
"Go ahead.."
"What if Kazuya visits you.. Will you welcome him?", he asked, his heart beating really fast..
Silence filled the room.. He just waited for an answer..
Finally, Jin broke the silence..
"Kazumi, I'm sorry.."
Kazuya heard that clear.. He felt extreme pain in his heart.. After all this time, when he finally had the courage to ask.. That's the answer he heard.. He thought he had already forgiven him, even for a little.. But Jin proved him wrong..
"I know he's your brother.. And he was once my best friend.. I understand that it wasn't his fault.. I was the one who decided to save him.. Because at that time, I still thought of him as my best friend.. But that was before.. I completely understand that it's no one's fault.. But Kazumi, no matter how hard I try, no matter what I think or do.. No matter how much I want to.. Whenever I'm alone without you by my side, I remember everything that happened.. And I realize that I just can't forgive him.. I don't even think I could ever forgive him.. I'm sorry.."
Upon hearing those words.. Kazuya felt like the whole world detests him.. He felt that his life is already useless.. Despite all he's doing.. It seems like nothing pays off.. But he still decided to endure everything.. Even the pain.. It's hard but.. But he loves him.. And he'll do everything..
After that day.. Only one thing occupied Kazuya's mind.. It's the success of Jin's eye transplant.. Since that day.. He started folding paper cranes..
"Kazumi.. What are you doing?"
"I'm folding paper cranes, Jin. For your operation.. "
"Oh.. But I thought you don't know origami?", Jin asked because he knows that Kazumi sucks at origami.. He also remembered how excellent Kazuya is when it comes to it.. They used to do origami together whenever they're bored..
"I.. I asked someone to teach me because I want to fold cranes for you.."
"Thank you.. Kazumi.. May I help you? I know how.."
"Of course.. Here..", Kazuya handed him papers.. He somehow felt a little happy, he remembered the good times.. He's grateful that even if Jin hates him, they could still do origami together.. It might be the last time that they would do something together since Jin's operation is soon..
After they finished, Kazuya folded a Marguerite.. Then he gave it to Jin..
"What's this, Kazumi?"
"It's a Marguerite.."
"Ooh.. I wish I could see it.."
"Don't worry, you will, soon.."
"Oh, I know! Let's use Marguerites for our wedding.."
"O.. Ok.. Of course, Jin.. We will.."
"Thanks, Kazumi..", he said as he smiled..
Days went by and it now it's sunday.. The day of Jin's operation.. Kame prayed for days before the day of the operation came..
While the operation is being held, Kazuya met with Kazumi.. He arranged this meeting a couple of days ago and it's good that he managed to convince her after so many months of no contact.. But still, she's not aware of the real reason why Kazuya pretended to be her.. All she knew was that he feels guilty, and that alone made him decide that he's going to do it. That 's all she knew.. She even tried to stop him, saying that it's not gonna work.. But Kazuya insisted, and did what he wants.. So now that he informed her that his plan worked and he didn't get busted, they met..
"Kazumi.. I know why you left him.."
She didn't answer..
"You left him because you're not confident that he'll be able to live a normal life with you, right?"
She nodded as a response, she doesn't really know how to face his brother..
"Now, the surgery's going on.. I hope that this will be a success.. And if it does, can you promise me one thing?"
"Kazuya, you know I don't want to do this.. This is.."
"No, Kazumi.. You have to.. Return to him and make things right.. You know he won't be able to live without you.."
"Kazuya..", she doesn't want to lie to Jin like what Kazuya did..
"Kazumi.. Be brave.. You know how much he loves you.. I did all this for the two of you.."
"F.. Fine.."
Hours passed.. They waited long until the doctor came to them.. And told them that the operation was a success.. Kazuya is happy to hear the news.. But he's hurt as well, he can no longer stay by his side.. He knows that when he wakes up, the first thing he'll look for is Kazumi. And even if he's already able to see.. He would never wish for him to see a person named Kazuya.. Then he immediately left without Kazumi noticing..
Since the day he left the two alone.. His life became so much worse than it ever was, if that was even possible. He couldn't care less about where his feet will take him.. He knows as he is walking on the dark streets to his apartment, Jin is smiling happily with Kazumi.. And in two weeks, they will be happily married..
And he can't take it.. He even thought that he's already worthless, he stopped walking for a while, he looked back and he saw a few cars pass by the main road.. He went there.. Waiting for another car to come and take his life. Finally, he saw a car heading to his direction, he's lucky the driver is under the influence of alcohol so he's not paid any attention. Yeah, he was hit. Like what he exactly wished for.. The car hit him and he smiled, knowing that it won't be possible for him to live if someone won't bring him to the hospital.. He just hopes that someone won't. He closed his eyes, ignoring all the pain he's feeling, emotional, and even physical pain..
The next thing he knew, he's wearing a hospital gown and he's under white sheets..
Why? I don't need a miracle.. I never wished for that.. I should have died, I'm useless.. I.. I don't want to suffer anymore..
Everyone visited him.. Kazumi as well, in fact, almost everyday, he's happy about that.. But he hates the fact that Jin won't visit him, even for once..
I don't need everyone visiting me.. That's.. Nonsense.. It's all pointless if Jin won't forgive me..
13 days have already passed.. And there's only one day before the wedding but he's still not allowed to leave the hospital.. He doesn't exactly want to witness the ceremony, he just wants to catch a glimpse of Jin's smiling face.. He swore, after doing so, he won't ever think of entering his life anymore..
The next day, he asked and begged the doctors to let him spend at least an hour out.. But he was never permitted.. He won't be able to see him.. It's the end..
While the ceremony hasn't started yet, Jin and Kazumi are entertaining the guests.. He's so happy seeing Marguerites adoring the whole place, it's calming scent could be smelled from every part of the place.. He remembered how Kazumi took care of him and never left his side, and how they folded paper cranes together.. Suddenly, he felt his heart tighten, what's wrong? He felt that something isn't right.. He just can't figure out what that something is.. He even felt that he's not feeling as happy as what he expected..
Moments later, Kazumi went to him with Marguerites in her hands..
"Jin, they're very beautiful.. What are they?", she asked with a questioned face..
Jin frowned and looked so disappointed, "Kazumi, don't you know what these flowers are?"
Kazumi sensed something, she knew she made a mistake, a very stupid mistake, she shouldn't have asked..
Then a stream of various thoughts flooded Jin's mind..
Why? We decided to use them together, it's impossible for her to forget! She even folded one for me..
He looked at her stunned face once again, and he recognized something, or more like, someone..
He quickly went to the ring bearer and grabbed the rings, he left the whole place without minding the expressions painted on the guests' faces.. He completely forgot about his bride.. People who saw him found him strange, he's still wearing his wedding attire, Why is the groom running away from his own wedding? But he doesn't care about what the people think about him, his mind is occupied by someone.. He knows the hospital is a bit far from where he is now, but it's strange that he's not even feeling the need to stop and rest for a while.. His mind is like putting pieces of puzzles together..
So that's why.. So that's why I'm not feeling right.. That I'm not feeling the happiness I thought I would feel.. That there's a stab in my heart all along.. I was wrong all this time.. That's the reason why "she" didn't even dared touching me, just once, when "she" held my hand.. I.. I've hurt him a lot.. I am such an idiot for not realizing it.. I'm sorry, Kazuya.. Please forgive me.. It was you.. After all, it was you who's been there for me.. So now, I'll make sure you won't ever be hurt.. I won't allow it anymore.. You've had enough.. I love you, Kazuya..
Finally, he's now standing in front of a white door.. Catching up with his breathing.. Now, he'll make sure that he's not being an idiot.. That what he's about to do is the right thing.. He slowly pushed open the door.. Making sure that he won't hear any sound.. He stepped inside and watched him.. Kazuya is crying, that's all he's been doing.. It has become his habit.. He felt ashamed of himself, knowing that he's the reason for all those precious tears.. He gathered up all his courage and..
"Kazuya.."
Kazuya, upon hearing the familiar voice which he loved hearing the most, got startled.. He quickly wept his tears with the back of his hand.. He didn't look at him, not wanting his smugged face to be seen..
"K.. Kazuya.."
"J.. Jin? Why?"
Jin felt happy hearing him say his name.. He ran to him and trapped him in his arms.. Kazuya feels like he'll be crushed by how tight Jin's arms are wrapping him.. This made him cry again, he can't stop his eyes from tearing. No. It was not because he's hurt by Jin's embrace.. It's becasue it's the first time Jin acted like that to him.. He never thought it would happen..
"Kazuya.. Please forgive me.. I.. I'm really sorry.. I.. I didn't know!"
"Jin.. the.. the wed.."
"NO! Don't say that! Kazuya, I don't care about her anymore.. Because after all, it's not her, It's you, Kazuya.. It was you.."
Kazuya gave out.. It's like he's weakened by Jin's words..
"It was you who took my hand back then.. Who fed me.. Who made me smile.. Who never left me and who was so persistent about taking care of me.. Despite all the hurt I've caused you.. You endured it all.. You took it all in but you never hated me for it.. You continued loving me.. I've already realized everything, Kazuya.. I figured out the reason why I don't feel as happy as I thought I would when I was beside her.. That's why it just doesn't feel right.. But with you, it's different.. Completely different.. Like now.. It feels so right.."
Kazuya didn't answer.. Jin's words echoed throughout his mind.. This is exactly the moment he's been waiting for..
"I love you, Kazuya.."
Hearing this, Kazuya hugged him back.. He returned all the feelings Jin passed on to him with his hug..
Then Jin pulled away.. He remembered the rings.. He took one as he held Kazuya's hand.. He put it on his hand and placed a soft kiss.. Then he placed the other ring on Kazuya's hand and looked into his eyes.. And it seemed like Kazuya perfectly understood what Jin meant.. He reached for Jin's hand and put it on his finger.. Then they smiled at each other.. Jin felt extreme joy and captured Kazuya's lips.. Kame returned the kiss and they drowned themselves with tender kisses.. But Kame pulled away in the middle of it..
"I love you too, Jin.. And I swear I won't stop doing so.."
Jin's eyes went teary.. He never thought Kame would forgive him that easily.. Again, he kissed him.. And it felt like the kissing won't ever stop.. At that moment, Kazuya realized that Jin is the reason why the miracle happened.. Because it's not too late for the two of them..
7 years later..
"Honey, let's go.. Mama is waiting for you.."
"Un!", Kazuya took her right hand while Jin took the left one..
They drove off and arrived at there destination.. There's a rectangular stone made of granite, and there are words engraved on it..

Died: March 8, 2009
Her death is caused by an illness. Back at that time.. Jin and Kazuya found out that she had given birth to her and Jin's child while Jin was still in the hospital but kept her away from him.. Kazuya decided that if Jin will take the child, he would care for her like his own..
"Say hello to mama.."
The five year old girl nodded to his Papa Kazu, she knelt and placed the flowers on the stone..
"I love you, Mama!"
Jin and Kazuya is standing alongside each other,
"I'm so happy that we took her, Jin.."
"I know, I am too, Kazuya..", he then kissed Kazuya on his forehead..
After visiting Kazumi.. They went to the zoo and then went shopping.. It's already late when they arrived home..
"It's time for bed, honey.. Usa-chan already wants to sleep..", Kazuya said as he pointed at her favorite bunny plushie..
"Nooooooo~ Daddy Jin! Papa Kazu wants me to sleep already but I don't want to..", she whined, she's still playing with the new doll house they bought..
Jin smiled, "Papa Kazu is right, you have to sleep.. Daddy Jin will play with you tomorrow.."
"But noooo~ I still want to play..", she said with her puppy eyes..
"Fine, I'll give you 30 minutes more, then you will go to bed, ok?", her Papa Kazu can't reject her pleading..
"I love you Papa Kazu!", she ran to him and hugged his papa's legs..
30 minutes later..
"Time's up!", Jin walked to her and as he carries her to her room,
"Good night Papa Kazu..", she said as she sends flying kisses to him..
Kazuya just smiled..
When she's sound asleep, Jin went to their room and left Kazuya watching TV at the living room..
When Kazuya finished watching, he went to their room thinking that Jin's already asleep..
But he saw him standing by the balcony and staring at the dark sky.. He walked and stood beside him..
"Still up?"
"You're spoiling her too much, Kazu.."
Kazuya giggled a bit and asked.."Don't tell me you're jealous?"
Jin walked behind Kazuya and wrapped his arms around his waist.. "What if I told you I am?"
"Then don't be..", Kazuya said, turning around to face his Jin and wrapped his arms as well around his neck..
"Ne~ That's not the answer I want..", Jin whined..
"Then what?"
"You know what I want..", he replied with a seducing stare..
Kazuya smiled and took Jin's hand.. He then dragged him and led him to the bed..
"Fine, just don't moan too loud, ok? Margaret's already asleep.."
Jin didn't answer and just pulled him in.. They tried hard not to make too much noise and made love to their heart's content.. Kazuya made sure that Jin won't stop thinking about what happened even at the hospital, tomorrow..
While Jin was sure that he'll have inspiration and work hard to help heal his patients..

-No one attempted to get himself killed so Kazuya in the hospital is just from my imagination.. And in the manga the girl (which Kazuya represented) is on a lake or a certain body of water I think? Then she suddenly saw Marguerites floating on the water.. Then the guy confessed to him there.. The thing about the rings wasn't also there.. ^^
-In the manga there is no epilogue.. So no one knows what happened to the sister..
-And yeah, the five-year old Margaret is also from my imagination..

"Jin, this is Kazumi, my sister.. And Kazumi, this is Jin.. my.. my friend.."
Kazuya hates it. He hates calling Jin his friend.. Why can't it be something more? And plus, he shouldn't be feeling hurt introducing him to his sister, if it wasn't for Jin's interest in her.. It's all wrong, everything he's feeling are all wrong..
"H.. Hello.. I'm Jin.. It's really nice to finally meet you..", he nervously said with a smile..
Why does he has to insert really and finally? It would have been better to hear if it's just a simple, "Nice to meet you.."
Kazumi looked up to him and bowed a little before saying, "Hi.. It's nice to meet you too.. But.. What do you mean by finally?"
"Uhm.. Kazumi, come here.."
Kazuya clasped her left arm and dragged her to a nearby corner as if he's borrowing her from Jin for a while..
And they talked with low voices making sure he won't hear them..
"Kazumi, he's.. into you.."
"We just met! What do you mean he's into me?!"
"He had seen you before.. And he figured you're my sister, from how you look.. He's been bugging me and asking me to introduce him to you.. And he always mentions your name in every little conversation we have.."
"Ooh, is that true? Are you sure?"
"Y.. yeah..", he said with a little sigh..
They came back to him, Kazumi looked up to him and smiled.. From what he just saw, he knew, she had taken a liking to him.. Well, he understands it perfectly, from how girls used to flock around him and ask him out.. He understands.. But what he doesn't understand is, why was he not born as a girl? If only he's girl, then Jin would have probably fallen for her.. But.. He's not..
And now that they've come to like one another.. Kazuya had no choice but to keep his pain. From the very start, he already knew it's impossible.. It's just not meant to be.. He knows he should support them and acknowledge their blossoming love.. And at least, he's trying to.. Little by little.. But the pain's still there.. It just won't leave his chest..
6 years later..
"I'm so excited about the wedding, Kazumi. I know Jin will be a good husband, don't you think so, Kazuya?", their mother asked as they savor the feast laid on the dinner table..
"Y.. yeah.. Of course.. He should be..", then he faked a smile..
"Thanks, mom, Kazuya..", she smiled at them,.
And Jin who was beside her placed his hand over hers.. "I promise..", he smiled.
Kazuya saw this.. And like how he used to feel for the past years that had gone by, there's stab in his heart..
After the dinner, Jin walked up to him..
"Kazuya, Can you help me with something?"
"Y.. yeah. What's it about?"
"I want to buy something for her before we get married and I know you would be able to help me since you knew her very well.."
Kazuya hesitated to say yes at first but he decided to help since it's for Jin and his sister's happiness..
"Sure, when?"
"Uhm.. Will tomorrow afternoon be alright?"
"Yeah, I'm free anyways..", he answered and forced himself to smile..
Tomorrow came as fast as a gust of wind.. After looking around the shops.. They found a necklace..
"Kazuya, look here. This one looks very pretty.. Do you think it will suit her?"
"Oh, yes.. It definitely would."
"Then I'll pick this."
Right after buying the necklace.. They decided to head home..
"Thanks for today, Kazuya."
"You're welcome.. P.. promise me you'll take care of her, alright?"
"Yeah, I promise.. Actually, I was working hard to become a doctor.. It's a great profession. With that, I could help heal people and support my future family.. We'll live a peaceful life.. I and Kazumi will work together to build a strong foundation for our children.. I've already planned everything, actually.", he said as he turned to Kazuya and smiled..
"Th.. That's great.. I wish that would come true.. I know you can do it well..", he tried hard to sound honest and not to show that what he just said cut right through him.. And he's lucky it somehow worked. He doesn't want to hear him say that.. He didn't even ask. He already knows very well how much he loves Kazumi so he doesn't have to flaunt it. But though he doesn't want to hear it, he wants him to be happy, though he knows he won't be the reason for this. He realized, that whatever Jin is dreaming of, whether it be to live abroad or stay on where they are, Jin's dreams will always have Kazumi in it. He's only a best friend to him.
As soon as the both of them stopped talking, silence took over..
Minutes passed.. Jin saw huge iron girders being moved to another place where a shop is being built. It was up above and they are walking closer and closer under it, Jin strangely felt nervous.. He doesn't know why, while Kazuya looks like he's spacing out..
Jin continued watching the iron girders being moved when he realized the ropes supporting it looks so loose.. It started to shake.. And Jin's eyes widened when they all started to fall one by one, they we're all heading to Kazuya.. Kazuya was about to be crushed when Jin quickly pushed him hard not wanting him to be hurt.. Kazuya was flabbergasted when the next thing he knew, he was completely safe while Jin was under the iron girders that just fell.. Various parts of Jin's whole being is bleeding.. There was blood everywhere.. He doesn't know what to do.. He didn't even utter any single world.. His jaw completely dropped.. Passersby saw the whole thing and a few who wasn't panicking called an ambulance.. Kame was taken aback by what just happened.. He can't even think properly..
At the hospital, Kame was sitting on the waiting area when Kazumi came..
"Kazuya! What happened?!"
"I.. I'm sorry! I'm really sorry, Kazumi.. It's all my fault! He saved me.. I should have been the one who..",
before he could finish he broke into tears and slowly fell down on his knees..
"P.. please forgive me.. Kazumi.. I'm really sorry..", his face looking so messed up is drenched in tears..
Kazumi knelt down to him and held him.. They both cried their hearts out, almost out of words..
"No, Kazuya.. It's.. It's no one's fault.. No one.. Don't blame yourself..", she said in between her sobbing..
At the middle of that heartbreaking moment, the doctor came..
"Excuse me, but who's Akanishi-san?"
"I.. It's me..", she stood up and wept..
"I'm sorry to say this but there's a huge possibility that he'll lose his sight.."
Both Kazumi and Kazuya don't know what to say.. They opened their mouths but not even a sound comes out..
"Then please excuse me..", the doctor said and just left..
Kazuya can't believe what he just heard.. Now, it's nearly impossible for Jin to be a doctor.. NO. Now it really IS impossible.. It breaks his heart knowing that he's the reason why Jin's dreams became out of reach.. While Kazumi came to the realization that if she marries him, it would really be difficult to live with him and have a normal life.. And raising a family won't be that easy..
"I.. I can't..", Kazuya heard her say..
"Wha.. what do you mean, Kazumi?", he asked in a low voice..
"I.. I can't marry him.. I.. I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!", she turned back and ran away feeling ashamed..
Now, Jin's life, which used to be so perfect would be miserable.. The woman he loves the most won't accept him anymore.. She's the source of his happiness, Kazuya knows it. And he also knows that in Jin's mind, she's everything.. Jin cannot live without her.. He had never even thought of forcing her out of Jin's life just because he's in love with him as well, because he knows Jin won't be able to handle it.. He imagined Jin living alone in the darkness with no one to hold on to.. And his world fell apart.. He doesn't want that.. Jin's torments is his as well.. The dream that he mentioned earlier.. The love of his life.. Kazuya felt like he destroyed all that.. That he's the one who took it all from him.. That he destroyed Jin's happiness..
Knowing that she won't even think of visiting him at the hospital anymore.. Kazuya knows he should do something.. He really should do something to bring his happiness back.. Even if it means that he has to forget everything and put it all at risk.. He just doesn't want him to live in agony.. He doesn't want to make Jin feel all that he, himself, is feeling right now..
He visited him in the hospital for the third time since the accident happened.. When he entered Jin's room, he's still not awake.. He walked up to him and stared at him for a couple of minutes.. Then he pulled a chair close and sat beside the bed.. He didn't touch him.. Because he's not supposed to.. He looked at his face.. And a string of memories came rushing into his mind.. And he still looks as good as he was, almost 7 years ago..
He's on baseball training and he was sitting on the bench, having a drink after running 4 laps around the court when he took notice of a guy who's playing soccer alone.. He remembered what he overheard earlier that day, there were a couple of guys saying, "There won't be any soccer practice today, Sensei told me. I don't know why though.." So he found it strange that that certain guy was sweating so much for nothing..
He watched him play.. And he could see how happy he was while he was playing.. He noticed his passion for soccer.. And how much he loves it.. That's exactly what he feels towards baseball.. They're just the same.. He thought he's cool and he plays well..
From that day on, he would secretly watch him whenever he's on practice..
Then there came a day when they were introduced to each other because they will be working together for the school festival.. He felt really happy.. They hung out and became best friends..
When he once saw his twin sister, he immediately felt something for her, something really special.. And from then on, he kept mentioning her in every conversation they have.. He also asked Kazuya to introduce her to him..
That's how they met.. He felt tears forming in his eyes.. He cried again and wet the bed sheets..
"Why, Jin? Why her? I was the first.. I.. I met you first.. And I'm also the first one to love you.. Why? Why is life so unfair? It was me, Jin.. Me.."
He cried his heart out until he fell asleep.. It was around 3AM when he felt something on his head.. It feels like someone's patting it.. He ignored it at first thinking that it was just a dream.. But he realized it isn't when he heard a familiar voice..
"Kazumi?"
He got up and was shocked when he saw Jin awake.. His eyes not blinking as he tried to feel everything around him with his hands.. Then he spoke again..
"Kazumi?"
Kazuya clearly heard his sister's name.. He knows it will be the first thing he'll say when he wakes up but he can't help but feel hurt..
"Kazumi, are you here?"
"Ye.. Yes, Jin.. I'm here.."
"Kazumi..", he smiled, "I know you'll be beside me when I wake up.."
"Ye.. Yeah.. I won't leave you..", he tried sounding as true as possible.. It's good that Jin can't see or he'll see how messed up his face was..
"Are you crying?"
"No, Jin.. I'm not..", he said wiping his tears with the back of his hands..
"Come on, I know you're crying.. Don't cry.. You know I hate it when you cry.."
"Yeah..", he said yeah, but he cried even more, knowing that those words are really not for him, they're all dedicated to her..
Jin reached for his hand but he was quick to think that if he held his hand, he'll ask where the engagement ring is.. He doesn't want to be found out that early.. So even if he really doesn't want to touch him, he put his hand on top of Jin's.. That way, he won't notice..
As time pass by the two of them.. All they did was exchange comforting words to each other.. And tell good stories..
From that day on.. Kazuya will visit him as Kazumi.. He even wore female clothes and bought a similar ring.. Everyday, he'll attend to everything he needs.. Feed him, sing him songs, joke with him, everything.. And since Kazumi left, he hasn't heard of her.. Even from their parents.. Seems like she moved to a faraway place.. It's been almost 7 months already..
Then one day, when he entered Jin's room..
"Kazumi.. I have a good news.."
"What is it, Jin?"
"The doctor said I may be able so see the light again soon, because the search for an eye donor had progressed and it seems like they already found someone..", he enthusiastically told him..
"Re.. Really?", Kazuya was really shocked by the news.. For him it's partly good because, finally, Jin will be able to see again but it also means that soon, his time with him will end.. He's not yet prepared to face him as Kazuya..
"Yeah, it's great! Isn't it?"
"Ye.. Yeah.."
"Kazumi, you're crying again.."
"I.. I'm sorry.. I am just so.. happy..", again, partly a lie.. He has mixed emotions..
"It's alright, Kazumi.. I love you.. So wait for me, ok?"
Kazuya doesn't want to answer.. Because again, those three words are not for him.. He just cried even harder.. Seems like he's almost at his limit..
Jin just listened to Kazumi as she cries.. Tears also fell down from his eyes.. But he remained calm.. When Kazuya finally calmed down..
"Jin.. May I ask you something?"
"Go ahead.."
"What if Kazuya visits you.. Will you welcome him?", he asked, his heart beating really fast..
Silence filled the room.. He just waited for an answer..
Finally, Jin broke the silence..
"Kazumi, I'm sorry.."
Kazuya heard that clear.. He felt extreme pain in his heart.. After all this time, when he finally had the courage to ask.. That's the answer he heard.. He thought he had already forgiven him, even for a little.. But Jin proved him wrong..
"I know he's your brother.. And he was once my best friend.. I understand that it wasn't his fault.. I was the one who decided to save him.. Because at that time, I still thought of him as my best friend.. But that was before.. I completely understand that it's no one's fault.. But Kazumi, no matter how hard I try, no matter what I think or do.. No matter how much I want to.. Whenever I'm alone without you by my side, I remember everything that happened.. And I realize that I just can't forgive him.. I don't even think I could ever forgive him.. I'm sorry.."
Upon hearing those words.. Kazuya felt like the whole world detests him.. He felt that his life is already useless.. Despite all he's doing.. It seems like nothing pays off.. But he still decided to endure everything.. Even the pain.. It's hard but.. But he loves him.. And he'll do everything..
After that day.. Only one thing occupied Kazuya's mind.. It's the success of Jin's eye transplant.. Since that day.. He started folding paper cranes..
"Kazumi.. What are you doing?"
"I'm folding paper cranes, Jin. For your operation.. "
"Oh.. But I thought you don't know origami?", Jin asked because he knows that Kazumi sucks at origami.. He also remembered how excellent Kazuya is when it comes to it.. They used to do origami together whenever they're bored..
"I.. I asked someone to teach me because I want to fold cranes for you.."
"Thank you.. Kazumi.. May I help you? I know how.."
"Of course.. Here..", Kazuya handed him papers.. He somehow felt a little happy, he remembered the good times.. He's grateful that even if Jin hates him, they could still do origami together.. It might be the last time that they would do something together since Jin's operation is soon..
After they finished, Kazuya folded a Marguerite.. Then he gave it to Jin..
"What's this, Kazumi?"
"It's a Marguerite.."
"Ooh.. I wish I could see it.."
"Don't worry, you will, soon.."
"Oh, I know! Let's use Marguerites for our wedding.."
"O.. Ok.. Of course, Jin.. We will.."
"Thanks, Kazumi..", he said as he smiled..
Days went by and it now it's sunday.. The day of Jin's operation.. Kame prayed for days before the day of the operation came..
While the operation is being held, Kazuya met with Kazumi.. He arranged this meeting a couple of days ago and it's good that he managed to convince her after so many months of no contact.. But still, she's not aware of the real reason why Kazuya pretended to be her.. All she knew was that he feels guilty, and that alone made him decide that he's going to do it. That 's all she knew.. She even tried to stop him, saying that it's not gonna work.. But Kazuya insisted, and did what he wants.. So now that he informed her that his plan worked and he didn't get busted, they met..
"Kazumi.. I know why you left him.."
She didn't answer..
"You left him because you're not confident that he'll be able to live a normal life with you, right?"
She nodded as a response, she doesn't really know how to face his brother..
"Now, the surgery's going on.. I hope that this will be a success.. And if it does, can you promise me one thing?"
"Kazuya, you know I don't want to do this.. This is.."
"No, Kazumi.. You have to.. Return to him and make things right.. You know he won't be able to live without you.."
"Kazuya..", she doesn't want to lie to Jin like what Kazuya did..
"Kazumi.. Be brave.. You know how much he loves you.. I did all this for the two of you.."
"F.. Fine.."
Hours passed.. They waited long until the doctor came to them.. And told them that the operation was a success.. Kazuya is happy to hear the news.. But he's hurt as well, he can no longer stay by his side.. He knows that when he wakes up, the first thing he'll look for is Kazumi. And even if he's already able to see.. He would never wish for him to see a person named Kazuya.. Then he immediately left without Kazumi noticing..
Since the day he left the two alone.. His life became so much worse than it ever was, if that was even possible. He couldn't care less about where his feet will take him.. He knows as he is walking on the dark streets to his apartment, Jin is smiling happily with Kazumi.. And in two weeks, they will be happily married..
And he can't take it.. He even thought that he's already worthless, he stopped walking for a while, he looked back and he saw a few cars pass by the main road.. He went there.. Waiting for another car to come and take his life. Finally, he saw a car heading to his direction, he's lucky the driver is under the influence of alcohol so he's not paid any attention. Yeah, he was hit. Like what he exactly wished for.. The car hit him and he smiled, knowing that it won't be possible for him to live if someone won't bring him to the hospital.. He just hopes that someone won't. He closed his eyes, ignoring all the pain he's feeling, emotional, and even physical pain..
The next thing he knew, he's wearing a hospital gown and he's under white sheets..
Why? I don't need a miracle.. I never wished for that.. I should have died, I'm useless.. I.. I don't want to suffer anymore..
Everyone visited him.. Kazumi as well, in fact, almost everyday, he's happy about that.. But he hates the fact that Jin won't visit him, even for once..
I don't need everyone visiting me.. That's.. Nonsense.. It's all pointless if Jin won't forgive me..
13 days have already passed.. And there's only one day before the wedding but he's still not allowed to leave the hospital.. He doesn't exactly want to witness the ceremony, he just wants to catch a glimpse of Jin's smiling face.. He swore, after doing so, he won't ever think of entering his life anymore..
The next day, he asked and begged the doctors to let him spend at least an hour out.. But he was never permitted.. He won't be able to see him.. It's the end..
While the ceremony hasn't started yet, Jin and Kazumi are entertaining the guests.. He's so happy seeing Marguerites adoring the whole place, it's calming scent could be smelled from every part of the place.. He remembered how Kazumi took care of him and never left his side, and how they folded paper cranes together.. Suddenly, he felt his heart tighten, what's wrong? He felt that something isn't right.. He just can't figure out what that something is.. He even felt that he's not feeling as happy as what he expected..
Moments later, Kazumi went to him with Marguerites in her hands..
"Jin, they're very beautiful.. What are they?", she asked with a questioned face..
Jin frowned and looked so disappointed, "Kazumi, don't you know what these flowers are?"
Kazumi sensed something, she knew she made a mistake, a very stupid mistake, she shouldn't have asked..
Then a stream of various thoughts flooded Jin's mind..
Why? We decided to use them together, it's impossible for her to forget! She even folded one for me..
He looked at her stunned face once again, and he recognized something, or more like, someone..
He quickly went to the ring bearer and grabbed the rings, he left the whole place without minding the expressions painted on the guests' faces.. He completely forgot about his bride.. People who saw him found him strange, he's still wearing his wedding attire, Why is the groom running away from his own wedding? But he doesn't care about what the people think about him, his mind is occupied by someone.. He knows the hospital is a bit far from where he is now, but it's strange that he's not even feeling the need to stop and rest for a while.. His mind is like putting pieces of puzzles together..
So that's why.. So that's why I'm not feeling right.. That I'm not feeling the happiness I thought I would feel.. That there's a stab in my heart all along.. I was wrong all this time.. That's the reason why "she" didn't even dared touching me, just once, when "she" held my hand.. I.. I've hurt him a lot.. I am such an idiot for not realizing it.. I'm sorry, Kazuya.. Please forgive me.. It was you.. After all, it was you who's been there for me.. So now, I'll make sure you won't ever be hurt.. I won't allow it anymore.. You've had enough.. I love you, Kazuya..
Finally, he's now standing in front of a white door.. Catching up with his breathing.. Now, he'll make sure that he's not being an idiot.. That what he's about to do is the right thing.. He slowly pushed open the door.. Making sure that he won't hear any sound.. He stepped inside and watched him.. Kazuya is crying, that's all he's been doing.. It has become his habit.. He felt ashamed of himself, knowing that he's the reason for all those precious tears.. He gathered up all his courage and..
"Kazuya.."
Kazuya, upon hearing the familiar voice which he loved hearing the most, got startled.. He quickly wept his tears with the back of his hand.. He didn't look at him, not wanting his smugged face to be seen..
"K.. Kazuya.."
"J.. Jin? Why?"
Jin felt happy hearing him say his name.. He ran to him and trapped him in his arms.. Kazuya feels like he'll be crushed by how tight Jin's arms are wrapping him.. This made him cry again, he can't stop his eyes from tearing. No. It was not because he's hurt by Jin's embrace.. It's becasue it's the first time Jin acted like that to him.. He never thought it would happen..
"Kazuya.. Please forgive me.. I.. I'm really sorry.. I.. I didn't know!"
"Jin.. the.. the wed.."
"NO! Don't say that! Kazuya, I don't care about her anymore.. Because after all, it's not her, It's you, Kazuya.. It was you.."
Kazuya gave out.. It's like he's weakened by Jin's words..
"It was you who took my hand back then.. Who fed me.. Who made me smile.. Who never left me and who was so persistent about taking care of me.. Despite all the hurt I've caused you.. You endured it all.. You took it all in but you never hated me for it.. You continued loving me.. I've already realized everything, Kazuya.. I figured out the reason why I don't feel as happy as I thought I would when I was beside her.. That's why it just doesn't feel right.. But with you, it's different.. Completely different.. Like now.. It feels so right.."
Kazuya didn't answer.. Jin's words echoed throughout his mind.. This is exactly the moment he's been waiting for..
"I love you, Kazuya.."
Hearing this, Kazuya hugged him back.. He returned all the feelings Jin passed on to him with his hug..
Then Jin pulled away.. He remembered the rings.. He took one as he held Kazuya's hand.. He put it on his hand and placed a soft kiss.. Then he placed the other ring on Kazuya's hand and looked into his eyes.. And it seemed like Kazuya perfectly understood what Jin meant.. He reached for Jin's hand and put it on his finger.. Then they smiled at each other.. Jin felt extreme joy and captured Kazuya's lips.. Kame returned the kiss and they drowned themselves with tender kisses.. But Kame pulled away in the middle of it..
"I love you too, Jin.. And I swear I won't stop doing so.."
Jin's eyes went teary.. He never thought Kame would forgive him that easily.. Again, he kissed him.. And it felt like the kissing won't ever stop.. At that moment, Kazuya realized that Jin is the reason why the miracle happened.. Because it's not too late for the two of them..
7 years later..
"Honey, let's go.. Mama is waiting for you.."
"Un!", Kazuya took her right hand while Jin took the left one..
They drove off and arrived at there destination.. There's a rectangular stone made of granite, and there are words engraved on it..

Her death is caused by an illness. Back at that time.. Jin and Kazuya found out that she had given birth to her and Jin's child while Jin was still in the hospital but kept her away from him.. Kazuya decided that if Jin will take the child, he would care for her like his own..
"Say hello to mama.."
The five year old girl nodded to his Papa Kazu, she knelt and placed the flowers on the stone..
"I love you, Mama!"
Jin and Kazuya is standing alongside each other,
"I'm so happy that we took her, Jin.."
"I know, I am too, Kazuya..", he then kissed Kazuya on his forehead..
After visiting Kazumi.. They went to the zoo and then went shopping.. It's already late when they arrived home..
"It's time for bed, honey.. Usa-chan already wants to sleep..", Kazuya said as he pointed at her favorite bunny plushie..
"Nooooooo~ Daddy Jin! Papa Kazu wants me to sleep already but I don't want to..", she whined, she's still playing with the new doll house they bought..
Jin smiled, "Papa Kazu is right, you have to sleep.. Daddy Jin will play with you tomorrow.."
"But noooo~ I still want to play..", she said with her puppy eyes..
"Fine, I'll give you 30 minutes more, then you will go to bed, ok?", her Papa Kazu can't reject her pleading..
"I love you Papa Kazu!", she ran to him and hugged his papa's legs..
30 minutes later..
"Time's up!", Jin walked to her and as he carries her to her room,
"Good night Papa Kazu..", she said as she sends flying kisses to him..
Kazuya just smiled..
When she's sound asleep, Jin went to their room and left Kazuya watching TV at the living room..
When Kazuya finished watching, he went to their room thinking that Jin's already asleep..
But he saw him standing by the balcony and staring at the dark sky.. He walked and stood beside him..
"Still up?"
"You're spoiling her too much, Kazu.."
Kazuya giggled a bit and asked.."Don't tell me you're jealous?"
Jin walked behind Kazuya and wrapped his arms around his waist.. "What if I told you I am?"
"Then don't be..", Kazuya said, turning around to face his Jin and wrapped his arms as well around his neck..
"Ne~ That's not the answer I want..", Jin whined..
"Then what?"
"You know what I want..", he replied with a seducing stare..
Kazuya smiled and took Jin's hand.. He then dragged him and led him to the bed..
"Fine, just don't moan too loud, ok? Margaret's already asleep.."
Jin didn't answer and just pulled him in.. They tried hard not to make too much noise and made love to their heart's content.. Kazuya made sure that Jin won't stop thinking about what happened even at the hospital, tomorrow..
While Jin was sure that he'll have inspiration and work hard to help heal his patients..

-Obviously, in the manga, the twins are both girls.
-No one attempted to get himself killed so Kazuya in the hospital is just from my imagination.. And in the manga the girl (which Kazuya represented) is on a lake or a certain body of water I think? Then she suddenly saw Marguerites floating on the water.. Then the guy confessed to him there.. The thing about the rings wasn't also there.. ^^
-In the manga there is no epilogue.. So no one knows what happened to the sister..
-And yeah, the five-year old Margaret is also from my imagination..
