5 min drive to RIT, mall and everything
nice area
pool is right out front of my place
we have washer and dryer in the basement
we pretty much have everything here
gotta like kids- i have a year old son
we are very friendly, laidback and easygoing people
the rent would be 265 plus utilities -pretty cheap
