Random Tidbits
Despite all the horror stories, I'm finding Office 2007 surprisingly easy to learn and in some cases very intuitive. Of course, I haven't tried anything like drawings in PowerPoint or Visio, which made me swear at the PC frequently in Office 2003 and earlier.

I once saw a commerical for a law firm on TV that boasted the slogan "serious lawyers for serious cases."
Me: What's the opposite? "Frivolous lawyers for frivolous cases?"

Speaking of some of my favorite DS series, I'm making more progress in Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. (I rather liked Pandora's Box and was sad that they changed the title.) Like the first game, it's quite fun and charming. I just wish that they had made the puzzle numbering more sequential. It's hard to know whether or not you've missed something when you go from 6 to 17 to 24.

I suppose that I should make finishing FF12 one of my goals over the Christmas holidays. It'll probably take an hour of searching through my notes and guides just to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing next.
