last nite was Phil's (soccer guy...the married one who thought i was hitting on him) 10th Annual Christmas Formal...it was goooooood times! Basically it consisted of about 30 late 30's-early 40's guys (and some chicks) who are from the original era of punk...they get all dressed up and come to phils house to party...many a bowler cap was worn

3 more exams eh? well.... "sucks to be you" x3. I'm done, and relieved. But I still gotta wait for my marks to get in.

as for music, i believe you can appreciate it even if you weren't born yet. Unlike the 'movement' that is often associated with the music. THAT, I beleive, you can't truly appreciate. Jazz and it's movement, the hippy movement, et cettra... get it? I like the music, but i may not feel or understand it as much as a guy that was there... but I DO appreciate it. It may have more meaning to other people. Music and the movement are 2 seperate entities, but often intertwined and to some, inseperable. Take a politician during the hippy movement vs. a modern day hippy. The politician lived during the movement but probably didn't care much for it... where the hippy today doesn't truly understand what it was like, but can appreciate it. Anyhoo.....
